There is one guy when I go to the pharmacy he's always yapping with everyone about random stuff and how he wants to be a therapist. And it's so under staffed CVS really doesn't pay for workers it seems. At least not at this one.

I'm quite surprised by the reviews. The male pharmacist and young tall pharmacy tech offer superb customer service. The young man works two registers to get waiting customers through the line. Additionally he happily worked with me on a coupon I had for medication although this made more work for him. The CVS down Midlothian gets irritated any time I use a coupon to reduce my costs. Although stretched thin with staffing the pharmacist is always kind and helpful. Won't go to any other CVS.

Went to pick up a prescription before lunch, arrived before 1:30. They closed the screen on me and told to come back at 2p.m.. Very rude and don't keep advertised business hours. Would no recommend CVS.

I like the CVS at 151 Pikeview Dr in and out service with no problem.

Very friendly check out clerk who was so helpful when I went in to pick up pictures I had ordered. She also offered to update my information on my extra care card as well!

PHARMACY/ Pikeview, Midlothian - the two women working the pharmacy 6/27/25 evening would NOT make eye contact with those of us waiting patiently in line. They continue to serve those who drive through and ignore the rest of us who actually walked in. Even if they are understaffed, which is probably the case, it's just rude and unprofessional to ignore the only TWO people in line. At least acknowledge us and say you'll be right with us. CVS: please train your pharmacy staff to do better.

Definitely not on top of things as they had to search around for my childās meds and kept telling me that it was not there. After confirming more than a couple of times dob and name they suddenly had it

By for the worst CVS Iāve been to. And being in the military, Iāve been to a lot. 50 min wait for a prescription after telling me itās a 20 min wait is ridiculous!

Horribly ran CVS. Unprofessional āpharmacistsā and/or Pharm Techs. They look unkempt and like they rolled out of bed or off the street and havenāt shaved in 8 months. Drive through always broken. Have to repeat a 5 letter last name repeatedly because they donāt listen at all. Do yourself a favor and just go to Publix to get your medication filled.

Pharmacy phone # does not have a prompt to speak to pharmacist for questions, the drive thru is ābrokenā all the time, and they do not text you when a prescription is ready.

Shopping experience today was great and efficient with the assistance of the pharmacist team member in selecting the proper knee brace.

Called the pharmacy with a question concerning my prescription. Unable to get an employee on the phone tree. Eventually, I used the provider's option to get in touch with someone. Phone was answered, and rather than transfer me to the correct extension, I was hung up on. If a customer has a question that is not specifically offered by the automated phone tree, there is no one there willing or able to assist you.

I had a great experience I understand that we are all people and mistakes can happen but majority of them are the insurances fault, asking for a PA (prior Authorization) even though my doctor sent it over. The nice gentleman was on the phone with my insurance getting it worked out while doing other tasks very impressive multi tasking I might add. The drive thru lane was open every time I've gone here and the service has been exceptional every time a little long of a Que but they let you know "the drive thru is for convenience not for speed" which I think a lot of people don't understand if it's raining or you have issues walking that's what drive thru is for; not having the technician run around and doing everything in seconds.A few notes I've noticed 5pm on most days is busy as it's when everyone gets off work. 1:30-2pm is the mandatory closing time as the people who work don't have any other time to take a break I've never seen any of them who work retail! Mind you take breaks the mandatory thing you can expect at every other work place.Other then that they don't set the prices I've seen a lot of people compile about the prices here on the reviews but guys they are techs and pharmacists they don't set the price on the drugs if you can find medication elsewhere cheaper go for it CVS just happens to be where most people are forced to go to get pills due to their insurance.
