I needed to be inoculated for COVID, flu & pneumonia. The website made it easy to make an appointment, but limited it to two inoculations. I chose COVID and flu, but was able to add pneumonia once I was at the store. Personnel were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They did not have a shielded area for inoculations, just chairs against a wall.

I got an email that my prints were ready. Walked in and no one in sight. Walked by its machines that talk to you. Seeing no one, walked by them again, hoping an employee would hear them. Had to walk around to find an employee. She checked and the prints were not there. I double checked and I definitely got an email and was at the correct address. She reprinted them pretty quickly although she also took a phone call before she reprinted. The photos were good and the price was about average.

Horrible pharmacy. Nearly 24 hrs to gill a prescription. Went to pick it up and the entire pharmacy closed for lunch. Unbelievable.

Very nice and helpful folks at the pharmacy counter. I've been doing business with them over 10 years now.

Literally the worst customer service. I've been having an allergic reaction to a medication since saturday. Today (Tuesday) my doctor finally came up with a game plan for a new medication and called it into this CVS. I wanted to make sure there were no issues I'd run into after the doctors office was closed, so I called CVS at 3:00 and they said I was good to go, that it would be ready to pick up this evening. Well, went to pick it up and they don't have it in stock! Nobody bothered to call and tell me, they just waited for me to show up and they won't transfer it to another CVS either. My only option is to wait until tomorrow and have my doctor call it in somewhere else where hopefully they'll have it, or have Cvs order it and get it Friday (at which point I'll have been in an active allergic reaction for 6 days). Another day of suffering for me thanks to piss poor customer service and apathy/ignorance on the part of the pharmacy techs. I don't think they realize sometimes they're messing with peoples lives, their brain chemistry. So thanks CVS.

Although I totally understand that testing is taking longer with Covid, don't go there and expect results within 10 days. Originally it was 2-4 days, then it changed to 7-10! Better Med said up to 10 days and when I was tested there back in April it only took 48 hours. I've had to cancel/move all of my upcoming medical visits as they won't see me til I have results stating I'm negative. Sorry Minute Clinic this is sub-par service!

I go there for refills and saw they had Colgate toothpaste on sale. $3.99 with a $2.00 coupon. Great. Went to pay for it and it was $3.99 and they give you a $2.00 coupon for next time. I questioned it and the clerk said you had to read the fine print. It said "it's like you are paying $1.99." What! I guess I will tell people "it's like I bought it at CVS" but really got it at Target. Bye CVS, you lost a customer.

Awesome Minute Clinic in store that is open 830a-130p then 230p-730p. With the option to sign in online, you can wait in the comfort of your own home, and then head in when it's your turn. Talk about convenient. The pharmacy staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A great CVS location!

I worked in customer service all through college so when I say that this was the worst customer service experience I've had in years is no understatement. To have a pharmacist talk loudly about you as you try and get insurance stuff figured out is completely unacceptable.
