If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst costumer service ever, actually non-existent. Staff is useless and incompetent. The computer system to pick up prescriptions is ridiculous, slow, and not user friendly. The staff has zero sense of urgency and are too busy standing around socializing, than actually helping their customers.

The drive through lady is currently catching up on random work. Literally watching me. I've been here ten minutes. Hello ?? I rang the bell she then got new prescriptions from a box to put on the shelf. This is insane

Worst pharmacy ever.
Not only do they never answer the phone, now instead of being able to speak to someone they just dump you into a voice mail system
To make that worse, they try to make it sound like it's for my benefit. Voicemail serve no purpose when I have an issue with a prescription that I need to speak to someone about.
On top of that, when you go into the pharmacy most people are just standing around behind the counter looking at one another instead of assisting the 5 or eight people that are standing in line waiting for The one cashier that is behind the counter helping.
Transfer everything to Kroger pharmacy. They're a lot better thus far.

Called this morning about a prescription being in stock and was immediately told no. My doctor accidentally sent the prescription to this location and to my surprise they filled it. Why are your pharmacists telling people that they are out of medication when they are not?? This is not ok!!!!

Great support from the pharmacy team. They researched my issue and quickly resolved. The store staff were very helpful and professional. The store was very clean and well-stocked. This was a pleasant visit to CVS.

The tall African pharmacist is no help at all. I asked 3 questions and he couldn’t answer one. This place is only an option when nothing else is open.

This location has done something behind the scenes recently to turn around it's customer service. As recently as 6 months ago I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone, my medications would not have been filled without telling me (although that's an issue with the app that's also changed) long story short, I had an issue yesterday that hadn't been fixed when I got there to pick up another ready prescription, and within 30 minutes the pharmacist has gotten everything I needed ready. Kudos to the turn around.

Today, like other visits, the staff immediately greeted me, helped me find my product right away, and reminded me to use my coupons at checkout! All done in a friendly manner.

The biggest problem I have with this pharmacy is that you CANNOT get them to answer the phone. I have prescriptions I can’t access in the app… I call and call to get them filled but never can get through. So I have to walk in to ask to get it filled, then come back to pick it up.

My son had an antibiotic called it three times because they lost the prescription from their own Minute Clinic.I asked the pharmacist to verify the dosage because the new nurse practitioner kept saying the dose was very high to the nurse but he literally said it wasn’t his job.What are… y’all’s jobs….?
