I've been a resident of this area for over 20 years, and this CVS has always been my go-to spot. The staff has consistently been helpful, and they've always taken care of my prescription needs. However, like many places since Covid, the service has declined, and they often seem short-staffed. I understand that the employees who are present are doing their best, and I don't hold it against them. It would be great if others could show them a bit of grace during these challenging times. I just want to express my gratitude to the team for their hard work.

Drive thru isn't blocked off but has a sign that it's closed due to staffing shortages. Generally, this location is very slow and employees are less than friendly or polite. It's easy enough to get into the parking lot but a pain to get out depending on the time of day. I very much dislike this CVS, but haven't switched to another because I rarely get prescriptions filled. There is no other reason to go here.

Bullcrap. I am here trying to get my antibiotics and pain meds, and I was told is not ready and it will take an hour to get the pharmacist. So I asked “well, where is he?” And I’m told “he’s right behind me but he’s busy with too many prescriptions.” That’s such crap. She offered to give me the antibiotics but I have to come back and see if prince pharmacy over here felt like doing his job. Update: 20 minutes later and it seems to be ready. So why not just say that in the first place and address folks like you give a darn and respect their time? Man in front of me is going off too. His meds are not ready but he got a call saying they would be. This place is garbage.

If I could put zero stars I would. They lock their doors before 10pm and refuse to let people in, I had an emergency and needed something from them and they still refused to let me buy 1 ITEM.
The employees just stared at me through the window.
Don’t go here, let this store go out of business. Go to one of the other stores in the area.

I was directed to return an Amazon order here. The instructions said, "no label, no box." As you can imagine, this only caused the CVS employee to get snarky with me as she explained that I would need to box and label my return. I showed her the QR code from Amazon that stated, "no label, no box," and the CVS employee rudely replied,"I'll take your package, but it'll just sit on a shelf because UPS won't accept it like that!"
I was not rude towards her at all. She could have given the simple explanation that this UPS drop-off site does not actually accommodate these types of returns.
An ounce of patience from her would have been nice. I guess she was too upset over the computer/scanner not working properly for the previous customer and took it out on me for presenting an "impossible task?" Whatever the case, her attitude was uncalled; especially when I had no tone or attitude towards her.

Over the past several years, the pharmacy has gone completely downhill. The staff is very rude, and the last 10 or 12 refills I have gotten a text saying they’re ready only to get there and then tell me to come back in an hour or two. I ended up switching pharmacies and I would never go back to that CVS again because they don’t deserve my business. Very poor customer service.

The Pharmacy is always helpful. However, my request for Aetna OTC eligible for purchase pursuant to my health plan coverage was not acknowleged in the Pharmacy. The Store Manager alone was able to assist. I thanked her gratefully.

The pharmacist had to approve a DUR and he just decided it was a good idea to discuss it around other customers. I don't think that's professional. He should have pulled me to the side. Also, it took almost 2 days for the prescription to be ready. I have already had bad experiences at this CVS in the past and they don't improve. Time to move on.

Some employees in the medication dispensing area who work here are useless. Teach your employees to respect customers and this has happened to me several times here. I will not return to this pharmacy.

The male pharmacist with an accent is extremely rude and desperately needs training in customer service skills. He interrupted me several times and was unhelpful. I will not return to this location. It’s sad to see such lack of care.
