Why do I keep coming back?! It was 2:35 pm on a Monday, my car was dirty and I once again tried Dave's Auto Spa. There was only one other car ahead of me, so I took a chance. For $37.00, I expected a better spa "detailing" service. I had to point out multiple bug splatters, missed dirt, and unclean areas to the detailer - how could he have missed them?. The inside windshield was as dirty as when I arrived (it looked like a quick rag swipe was all it got). I won't be using Dave's in the future and will take my money elsewhere.

Very sad experience. In the past i loved coming here due to the amazing job they did but my most recent visit ended up being very disappointing. The interior looked the same as It did when i arrived, they didn’t lift the mats and vacuum under the mats, the windows were worst than when i brought It in. It was just extremely disappointing having to take my car some where else after having paid a decent amount to have It cleaned interior and exteriorServices: Auto detailing

Pulled up on a Monday morning for my fairly clean truck to be washed inside and out. After paying $41 (and a tip) I realized once I drove into the sun, they hadn't touched the windows, used towels to wipe it with residue from other vehicles, and had not vacuumed the inside at all. Won't ever do that again!

What a disappointing experience. I purchased the manager’s special today and I had to point out over 10 things to correct. Love that raised prices and lowered their standards. I’ve been a long time customer, but this experience was egregious.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

This was one of the worst experiences with any type of service I’ve ever had. When I first arrived, I had to go hunt somebody down. While I’m watching them “clean” my car, the 3 employees were enjoying their snacks and playing around/throwing rags at each other. The 20 minute cleaning that they quoted me turned into 35 minutes. I had to go pick up my son so I walked over to tell them I had to go. That’s when I discovered they were taking turns vaping inside my car!!! It looked as if nothing was even cleaned. They rinsed off my floor mats and put them on my back seat so everything was wet. That’s all that was done. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Biggest waste of $41. Never again.

Purchased the $37 package w/a $5 tip. Extremely disappointed with the interior cleaning. It appears the cleaning product was water only. There was no smell of anything resembling a cleaning product. Visually in my face, was dirt in the driver's seat, debris in-between the running boards and sides of seats - vacuuming tool was too big to get that area and dirt in the gear shifter bag. At that point, I didn't bother looking any further. Also, 2 floor mats weren't placed back in the vehicle until I inquired as to where they were. I had to reconnect my phone and put my music selection back to where it was orginally. Unfortunately, I won't be returning nor will I be recommending this establishment. ?Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Five months ago, I gave Dave's AutoSpa a 5-star rating. Today my experience was the opposite. Poor customer service as well as detailing. I returned to the Hull St. location to inquire on specks remaining on my car. A nice gentleman offered to wipe the side of the car down however a young woman informed me if the carwash didn't get it off, it was nothing they could do. Unfortunate $37 paid for my last visit there.

Classic exterior and Interior for $37. Trunk not vacuumed and areas vacuumed not done well at all. No cup holders wiped down. Specifically called out bugs on front of car and mud behind all 4 tires that were still 100% there after the car wash. When I mentioned it to the guy that was cleaning it, he wiped some areas but left others. Manager came over and I showed him and he said this is what you get for $37. Spoke to a lady sitting waiting for her car and asked if this was normal and she said it is because unfortunately they are the only full service car wash in the area. Keep your money. Never going there again! Waste of time and money.

Omg. Super SLOW service. I'm currently in line sitting as it piles up behind me. I don't know if there isn't enough staff or what, but every single experience is this way. I've even come on the slowest of days and still waited no less than an hour to get my car washed. This is very disappointing and the washes aren't that great. It's almost double the price of my membership service as what I had in another state prior to my move and doesn't compare. I'm canceling as soon as I finally get to the register.

I am disappointed in the service that I received at Dave’s. The front windshield interior was not even touched. Film of dirt on the edges of the windshield left from the wash was not wiped clear. The rear back window was wiped half way leaving it smeared. The sticky spot on the rear inside door handle was not cleaned or the spot on the seat. The carpet under the front seats were not vacuumed. Nor was the carpet in the cargo area (SUV) vacuumed. The frame inside the rear door was not even touched. Black dirt left after going thru the wash was not removed by hand either. The last time I was here, they did a great job and took their time with my car. This time they just gave it a “lick and a promise”. My business will be given elsewhere!Services: Auto detailing

Stopped by for a complete detail. Waited at entrance to the wash for almost 10 minutes. No one showed up . We turned around and saw 1 employee wiping down a car and there were several in the que for him. We left and went to Car Pool Car Wash just a few miles East. Was worth it.

Ultimately they removed a cover from the dashboard, sucked it up?, and I didn't notice until I got home. Called and left a message hoping they could find it in the vacuum but got no response. Won't be going back since this is unacceptable.
