Great selection and good prices compared to what you find online. I was happy to find my shoe size for every style I looked at, and they carried a number of wide shoes too. No one assisted me while I was looking, but I kind of prefer it that way. The clerk at the counter was very nice and helpful, and even helped me find a coupon. Great overall experience!

DSW in the past was the spot for shoes, lately their selection has been kind of blah… Anyone else feel this way? If you want fashion, try Macy’s downtown DC!

.Decent selection of shoes I guess but customer service isn't the best. Prices seem a bit high. I've been there three times and every time they pester me over and over for my phone number to join their savings club or whatever, even after I've told them "No thank you, I just want to buy the shoes." repeatedly. They then move to asking for the number of friends or family. And each time they have eventually become rude when I won't budge on not giving them my number. It's probably fine if you're interested in getting their marketing texts or whatever they do, but I think I'll be looking for a different shoe store next time.

Customer service 101: Please don't ask me 3 times "are you doing okay". It's annoying. I'm just buying a pair of socks to use my $5 coupon. Instead, move your cash register line faster. It's always a 10min wait in your line on a Tuesday afternoon. Worst location! Go to Willow Lawn DSW or online!

Bought a pair of new balances on Saturday...my son wore them to school for thr first time on Monday and complained that both were squeeking all day...took the shoes back with receipt in hand and they would not return because he wore them...tough luck. Make sure you return them for a problem BEFORE you wear them one time or they will not return...asked the manager how to do that and got a dumb look and a "cheers" as I left. Bought numerous pairs from this place, but these will be our last. Poor quality products.
