I have despised going to this particular location for years due to terrible service. Our company put in an order for a large event and I was extremely concerned when I realized that the order was placed at this location.I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick the order up Saturday morning and everything was ready. Tara, the new general manager was completely on top of her game as well as the staff that helped carry everything out to my car. I am glad that Duncan has finally found the right manager to turn that store around. I highly recommend giving them another chance under the new leadership of Tara.

This is by the best one so far. Food was awesome service was great friendly staff . And my doughnuts were fresh even though it was early afternoon.

Understaffed, the staff that is there is brand new and doesn't know how to make the items on the menu. Why can't DD pay these people a livable wage and find decent help?

Even when this place is not busy and no one is in-line I still have to wait at the speaker for someone to take my order. Low staff always and the workers are super slow and seem to not care about their job at all. Whoever is managing this place did a horrible job at hiring the right people. Food is always cold or frozen in some areas. Heard the employees cuss while making orders and complaining. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Expect to be late at work when getting a coffee here.

This place sucks… I live a few min down the road, I have been twice only to be told they are out of doughnuts? The last time I went and they were out, every employee had a doughnut on a napkin behind the counter but none to sell. I love starting my mornings with a huge waste of time.

Consistently slow and poor service.Every time I order mobile, I end up waiting 10 minutes after I walk in the door. Even if it's just a plain coffee.Today, while i waited on my mobile order, I thought about picking up some donuts for my staff. I waited by the cash register and was ignored, despite being the only customer. There were 4 employees and none of them acknowledged me standing at the counter over 5 minutes. I decided against the donuts and waited 5 more minutes for my mobile order. (That was placed 15 minutes PTA)This Dunkin is 3 minutes from my residence, every once and awhile I try again. But I think I've had enough bad experience to write this location off.

Awful awful awful Dunkin, they are so lazy acting and so damn aloof it’s not even funny. I went inside to try to help the situation and 15 mins later I was still waiting for my drink and recieved attitude when asked when it would be finished. I’ve worked a barista job before and yes it’s stressful but it’s not my fault as the customer that y’all got behind on drinks and now you’re getting slammed. Fix the attitudes, adjust your positions, add another employee and pep up the customer service.
