So I have been visiting this location for almost four years now. Over the course of that time, my experience has only improved. The staff is more friendly, and the service has been quicker without a downgrade in quality. Food quailty is what you can expect from a Dunkin'. I have been to serval Dunkin' in the area, and this is one step above the rest. So if you're looking for a location that will give you a better than what you would expect from a Dunkin', this is your location!!!Wheelchair accessibility: While this location is wheelchair accessible the space is pretty tight and might make it difficult for any patrons that need this space

So so sad, I saw the lady working getting beaten up by 2 ,male co workers, 2 not 1..She seemed really hurt, crying, no one their to help her.Where was her manager or co manager?? The hull street location is a terrible place to visit always dirty inside, maybe she was trying to get help with that ? Who backed her up ? IT WAS NOT RIGHT TO SEE A LADY BEING BEATEN UP. I SAY CLOSE DUNKIN DONUTS.

Avoid this location. I paid $17 for 2 bagels and 2 hashbrowns. The $6.50 bagel w extra cream cheese had a thin layer on one side only. The hash browns were soggy and the plain bagel which was not toasted was burnt on the outside. The other location near Brandermill is so much better. This one has never gotten an order right. Me, my family and my in laws all know to stay away from this location. There is a reason its empty and the other one crowded. Really poorly managed.

Worst experience of any restaurant I've been to. I can see why this location is struggling. The female that took my order was so rude, combative, argumentive and unbelievably caustic. Asked her for managers number and she said ok, then laughed and said you look it up on if you know how. Asked her to make me the sandwich she forgot, said no, I'm done with you. Worst attitude I've seen in my life. Will never go there again. You can continue losing business, which makes no sense, or fire this person and tighten up on your HR division. My contact number is 804.547-1021, but based upon other reviews, I won't hold my breath.

Hot food is all microwave junk. Donuts are Okay but, not great. Staff doesn't even call your order when it's ready. They sit it on a counter and assume you know it is done.

My daughter said their frozen hot chocolate was very good. (Some locations it tastes watered down). She also liked their bagel w/egg & cheese.

We’ve been going to this Dunkin since we moved here from Boston (the home of Dunkin) and at first I just thought maybe inflation was due to the wild cost of the donuts here. Turns out no it’s not Dunkin it’s just this location that’s basically charging double for everything. Nothing more annoying then pure greed and considering the coffee isn’t good and costs more than Starbucks I won’t be going to this location - If for some reason I really need Dunkin the other ones in the area are cheaper.
