Just like many others, I made the mistake of not reading reviews before ordering from this store. I strongly suggest staying away from this location but if you must order, DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR 1 HOUR DELIVERY. They advertise certain items that are eligible for 1 hour delivery. They allow you to add such item to your cart, apply the one hour delivery fee, and successfully process the order.
It’s quite the extra charge, and the confirmation email specifically said “your order is guaranteed to arrive one hour after your confirmation email.” I don’t think nearly 5 hours is the same as 1, but okay.
I called after two hours and was like what’s going on. They had the nerve to tell me they can’t guarantee one hour delivery??? That it’s franchise based???
They should NOT advertise this service on the website not allow you to select that option at checkout just for them to then turn around and say they don’t actually do it. I’m going to try to get a refund but, based on the reviews, I am not hopeful.
0/10, will never return. Avoid this business if you can - what a blatant scam. My confirmation email showing the additional charge and one hour guarantee is attached.

Wish I had read the reviews for this store before placing the order. If I could rate zero stars I would. I live across the country and was sending a surprise order to my mom’s work (she works for a part of Bon Secour) for Mother’s day on Friday May 9th since I couldn’t have one delivered to her house on Sunday. I get a message the order was delivered so I text my mom saying she had a surprise at the front desk…. Nothing was there. I ended up calling 5 different numbers related to the hospital to try and track down this order. No one had the order. I put in a refund request for obvious reasons and I get a call. The manager tells me the driver delivered it to the correct address, which I still don’t think is true, and that she would call my mom to make sure that the location was correct. So my mom talks to her, I believe it was Carol, and she says the delivery driver will come back and bring the order to the right place before 5 when my mom gets off. It was 12/1 o’clock at that point? I ended up sending in a second order to be delivered to my brother’s home on Sunday because in my mind, my mom was just never going to get this original order. I end up getting a call from yet ANOTHER different building saying they got my moms order. Thankfully this woman was extremely close and was able to walk the order over to my mom herself. Just an incredible headache this all has been for me and my mother. I put in a cancellation/refund for the second order (it hasn’t even been made yet, so if I do not get a refund I will be livid) and put that I do not want to speak with anyone else because it was just too much of a hassle the first go around. I tried calling any sort of corporate number and they all just are automated and lead back to the store, so don’t expect to be able to talk to someone higher than the manager of this location.

Unbelievable! Just a note to let everybody know. All residential deliveries will be after all office and schools are delivered. So your oder may not come until 7:25 pm like mine did. Also don't try to call this location no one answers. I have had much better experiences at other locations. The manager Carol never return calls. Never again!

Went to pick up the edible arrangement. Order status screen said available for pick up. Get to the store to see “be right back” sign up for 20 minutes. Clearly unprofessional and doesn’t value the business-customer agreement.

First time trying edible arrangements. I enjoyed the strawberries and pineapples I received. I shared them with some friends and everything was fresh.

Literally the worst … wanted to order a father days gift for my dad as well a bday gift for my mom ! I tried to call to see time if delivery to someone could be there to get it , no one answered the phone , kept being send to voice mail and the website couldn’t refresh it .. so I tried to cancel my order after seeing all the reviews. I couldn’t do it and I guess they saw that , they ended up delivering the fruits ! My parents told they were hot and. Mushy the fruits ! Not fresh and it look like they did it fast enough not to care how the product looked! Literally the worst just buy ya own fruits n do it yourself .. literally 80 dollars wasted!!!

I ordered this online for a 6:00 pm. I arrive for pick up to see the store closed at 5pm. Their website has closing hour as 7pm. No one answers the phone for assistance.

Never visit this location again. The store does not open on time. We had a pick up for 9:30 as we were trying to surprise a family member with an edible arrangement prior to going out of town. We were at the store at 9 and they weren’t open. Went back at 9:30 and the closed sign had been moved higher in the window so they were there but didn’t open. We waited awhile and the store didn’t open. We got a call after 11 that our order was ready. We went to pick the order up which still wasn’t completely ready. We asked the staff for a manager and he let us know there was no manager on duty and he didn’t know when they would come in. He said he didn’t arrive until after and didn’t know there was a pick up for 9:30. There are cards for the owner but the number doesn’t work. The staff said he would give us a refund but that hasn’t happened. We stated that the fruit no longer could be giving to the person because they had left to go out of town. We went back today and again after 10:30 the store wasn’t open when they are supposed to open at 9. We went back around 1 and of course no manager was on duty. The staff didn’t know when the manager would be there and the manager is the owner’s daughter. This location is a mess and edible arrangements should look into their licensing being pulled. They take ppls money and don’t deliver upon expectations.

This location did not deliver what I ordered. I paid the asking price for a large arrangement that cost over $150 and the photos clearly suggests that a small or regular was delivered. No resolution given when I called the store. Of course there was no manager available to speak with. She's ironically unavailable.

I agree with the rest of the reviews about wishing so hard I had read the reviews for this place first!!! I placed my order for the 11th on 4/23 to make sure it was in early enough and would actually be delivered on that day. Surprise surprise the store called me (after waiting on hold for 30 minutes and being forced to leave a voicemail) the poor employee who I know is not at fault. However she told me ohhh we are busy this weekend (um yeah it’s Mother’s Day weekend and I have 20+ years in the business) we mass produce things and your order is not part of what we mass produced so we skipped your order and will be able to deliver it tomorrow. Then for the other big shock, as I have seen across the reviews, there wasn’t a manager in the store to talk to about getting a discount since they just decided to skip my order today. I have ordered from edible arrangements for years!! I have never seen this before from edible arrangement. One last thing the website to contact them by email also isn’t working so it’s not like you can get any actual help from anyone in this company. Sorry for the long rant.

This store is the absolute WORST!! My daughter sent an arrangement and they left it outside on the ground ants was in it. My husband and I took it back and all the guy said was I can give you a refund! He was very nonchalant! Worst service ever!!!!!

Horrible experience they literally waited all day to deliver the service. I called several times and it is now 7pm and they are not answering the phone. Please do not waste your money.

I ordered something to get delivered and didn’t get to the person till 10:00 pm when she was sleep and left at the door beside a trash bag until morning when I specifically told them not to do that
