I had a good experience with my registering- a few things I wish was available - Pedestrian entrance. I have a vehicle stored and I bring it out - when I go to leave it - I don’t have access out. I don’t have a place to park the vehicle I came her with inside so I have to park it outside the gate. There should be discounts for veterans since the is a high populated area with active/ retired veterans. The monthly fees should be a fixed rate instead of variable. That will probably affect whether I stay or not.

The customer service rep Sherri was very informative and she knew exactly what it was that I was wanting to do.The silver's rep was very confident well mannered And knowledgeable.

We were extremely impressed by Sherlee, the manager on duty... She assisted us in selecting the right unit size and the term of storage. Sometimes we don't know what will Fit!! Sherlee was very polite and was able to get us into a storage unit that would work with our budget.Thanks Sherlee, you are not only an amazing person, but you are without a doubt an asset to the organization you represent.We would not hesitate to contact you for further business..Thanks so much:)Charlie B

Sharee was great, took only a few minutes and she convinced me to get the biggest lot even though I only need to put a bicycle in it lol! She types so fast that you can smell smoke when she was entering my information. Great experience SEMPER-FI!

Sharee who works at Storage Rentals of America and assisted with my move in may have been the friendliest, most helpful person I met all week. Great service and easy move in process.

Second rate increase in 7 months and neither was small. Third set of owners for this facility. Onsite managers keep the place clean and are friendly but are onsite less and less with each new owner. Newest owners say the increase is for maintenance, security, and improvement. Not sure who they are trying to kid, there is very little maintenance, no improvements, and it took ages to fix the gate the last time it broke. That resulted in several break-ins to units. For a very short term rental you're probably fine. Long term expect regular rate increases without any of it being put back into the facility.

I have a storage unit and also an outside lot for my pontoon boat for the past 10 years plus and have noticed an improvement since the new owners have purchased the property. The grass is cut on a timely basis and there is someone on duty most of the normal working hours with the gate being open for the customers. I would recommend this facility to my friends.

The guys in the office are great. Easy to talk to and very helpful. We are currently renting a 10 x 20 space for a price that is good, if not better, than some of the other storage facilities in the area. The location is convenient and easy to get in to. It's a very secure area and they do have cameras throughout the area and its well lit at night.
