Super quick and amazing service! I was able to schedule a same day state inspection and was in & out in less then 30 minutes. Wayne was very helpful and while waiting I met other patrons who had nothing but great things to say about the services performed on multiple of their vehicles. I will definitely return for other services!

Great concept and friendly techs. They are a little more expensive but I drove right in and never had to get out of my car. Got an oil change, air filter, new windshield wipers and cleaned the outside of the front and back windows on my newish Ford. This is my new go to! It's a bit of a drive but totally worth it! Bringing in my 22 yo Tacoma soon!

I’m an older woman and I have been looking for a place to get my car serviced where I will not be ripped off for being an older adult. Gabriel has been kind, courteous, and respectful and has never tried to upsell me when I go in for service. The building is always clean and you can wait on your car, which I love. I feel safe dealing with Express Oil Change and highly recommend it to anyone, especially women.

Wayne and the entire crew at the Express Oil Change Koger Center location are the most courteous and knowledgeable professionals in their field. I won't take my family's vehicles anywhere else for service. They always take the best care of you and treat every customer with the utmost respect. Wayne has been in the business for a long time and knows his stuff inside and out. Veteran-owned and staffed with professionals, I wholeheartedly recommend Express Oil Change to all of my friends, clients, and family. Love these guys!

It's become increasingly rare to call a business and have the phone answered by a friendly, helpful person who sounds like they're glad you called. Sanders provided just that kind of customer service. I set up an appointment for a state inspection at 4pm, their last appointment time (which is later than other repair shops nearby). When I arrived a few minutes early, they got started, and in less than 30 minutes, I was on my way again. Wayne, the service manager, was also friendly and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He has 45 years in the auto industry! This was my first visit, but I'm so pleased with the entire experience that it certainly won't be my last. It's nice to have a full service auto repair shop so conveniently located. May your business keep going strong in 2025. Happy New Year!

We have had three good experiences involving mechanical problems with our aging Toyotas. My son’s Toyota Tundra truck was leaking steering fluid, we had tried to fix it through a different mechanic, it just kept leaking (hundreds of $$ later). We finally brought it here. They fixed and 18 months later it remains fixed. Same truck also had a leaky radiator. They quoted price, fixed it and the final bill was less than the quote. So I brought my Highlander here and they said explained why my check engine light would not go out. I had been taking it elsewhere for years and never knew why. Good to know. I am a devoted customer. You are the best!

I always bring my Mustang to Express Oil for service, and Wayne and the team never disappoint! They’re attentive, professional, and really go above and beyond to make sure my car is in top shape. As a woman, it can sometimes be challenging to find a shop that’s trustworthy and respectful, but I always feel comfortable here. I highly recommend Express Oil to anyone looking for fast and reliable service.

Brought my 2021 S4 in for an alignment after getting tires at Costco. They called shortly after to let me know the alignment was in spec and I’d only be charged a small fee to check it. Very honest shop with fantastic customer service! Highly recommended!
