We recently moved out of our storage unit after ~2 years, and in that time I managed to lose the keys to my lock. We would be moving out on Sunday, and I called on Friday to ask what could be done about my problem. Not only did the manager remove my old lock (after thoroughly verifying my identity), but he also provided me a loaner lock for the few days that remained! I've worked with Extra Space on a number of occasions over the years and keep coming back. Thank you guys for another great experience!

I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for 4 years. Their facilities are always very clean and I’ve zero issues. I am especially impressed with their customer service, as they were able to offer me a GREAT discount on my rental fee, for being such a long standing customer. Super impressive!

William was exceptional! He checked in right after I signed my lease. When I came to get my key, William took the time to give me a tour, make sure I had the needed info, and even made sure that I was able to successfully use my code for entry. The facility was at a nice temperature, and it was clean. I definitely feel like we made the right choice for our storage needs.

I have to give kudos to William at Extra Space Storage. We haven't even moved yet, but filled out the application on line and got a call from William immediately to help us through the process. I hope our experience will continue to be so easy (and very friendly) once we meet and move out "stuff" in! Thanks William!!
