Horrible service!
Not warmly greeted, they don't have tape for you to put the label on, just not friendly. With the choices customers have of where to spend our hard earned dollars, they should be customer centric.

I went there to print 1 page. The employee said it was “self-service” and gave me this card. I told her that I didn’t understand and really needed her help. She just walked away! So I sent the document to their email and waited and waited for this “code”. Never got it. So therefore left without getting my 1 page document. I will never go there again! This was today.

Stay away and go to some other FedEx. No knowledge. Providing misleading information. No effort to help customers. They should close this place. I went there with a QR code for a return. But they told me they couldn’t accept the box without the shipping label and sealed it. Then, I showed the instructions on the email I got from FedEx. Then the story changed, and they said they couldn’t accept it unsealed. I asked do you have any tape. They said they don’t have any tape. I wasted 20 min to get to know that.
