I give it a 4 because of the slightly misleading information it has here. It is more of a drop site and maybe you can create a label here. I'm not sure though, I had a letter I needed to send and they couldn't help. They said I could drop off there once I had packed and labeled it. When I hear ship shire I assume you would be able to ship from there. They did their best to help and advise me where to go but I think drop off location is a better name than that
