I needed a flat repair. Was told they would try after waiting 2 hours. Waited longer and they said it couldn't be fixed. Tried to sell 4 new tires, etc. I understand not wanting to do flat repairs ( no matter how environmentally unfriendly that is), but don't insult my intelligence, try my patience and waste my day!

Car wasn't ready at agreed up time, and price was $130 more than agreed to price. No communication about delay in servicing. Very disappointing.

I have been a client at this Firestone for over 20 years. I rely on them and am always treated well. They have earned my trust and I will continue to buy tires and services from them. Kudos to the customer service representative and to the mechanics.

Took my volvo in because it was burning through oil extremely quickly and had low oil pressure. It was also misfiring in all cylinders. I had my spark plugs replaced and they did a dye to see if there was an external leak which there wasn't. They said it must just be burning through oil and topped it off. I got my oil changed and 2 months later it was almost completely gone again so I brought it back. It was still misfiring even though I had my spark plugs replaced 2 months prior and my oil was low with a check engine light. They diagnosed it that the PCV valve was messed up and needed replaced and recommended I go elsewhere for it, which I appreciate their transparency. However, when I took it to another shop, they fixed my PCV valve and all of its compenents and it was still misfiring so they checked the spark plugs just in case. I was told whoever did them last put in the wrong spark plugs and that they were covered in old oil. They put in brand new ones and the correct ones for my car and wowo no more misfires. Ive been coming here for years but I soent a good chunk of change to get all my plugs replaced, just to have to pay 200 more for another replacement. I dont trust them with foreign cars. I cant speak for their care and ability to work on other models, Im sure they do well on domestic vehicles, as my family hasnt had an issue with their jeeps being serviced, but they really dropped the ball with my bolvo. I ended up paying 600 in services at firestone for nothing to be actually fixed (prior to this they did fine with my car). And then had to spend 1300 at another shop. Just frustrating and a waste of my money.

Barry is the epitome of honesty and trustworthiness, qualities that are invaluable to me, especially as a woman handling all my vehicle's mechanical needs. He has consistently provided top-notch service for both my first and second Volvos, demonstrating a deep understanding of the intricacies of German cars, which is rare to find.
Barry's and his team s dedication to there craft and ability to explain complex mechanical issues in an easy-to-understand manner have been incredibly educational and reassuring, as he knows I want to understand my vehicle inside and out! His expertise with Volvos and his commitment to ensuring my car runs smoothly are unmatched. I will truly be sad the day Barry retires, as finding a mechanic of his caliber is a rarity. He has set the bar high for automotive service, and I can't thank him enough for the peace of mind he has provided over the years.
