I could not be happier with the service I receive from this location. They are professional, courteous, and honest. Scott goes above and beyond to make certain everything is done right. He makes me feel like he really cares and gives me that personal touch. That's the very reason I have considered this location my personal group of mechanics. They have worked hard over the years not only to do an exceptional job but have also earned my trust. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my car care!

I have been coming to the location near Woodlake for a while now. With every experience I have had with them they have been super friendly, have been very honest and very helpful. My brother is a mechanic but lives further away. He has looked at things that they have done to my vehicles and gives the thumbs up. I trust them very much with all of my vehicles. Thank you guys for always being honest and helpful!

I dropped off my car and it sat untouched for four days. When I finally got the bill, I was charged more than double what other competitors quoted for the same service. I was also given a completely inaccurate pickup time. Despite repeatedly assuring me that they wouldn’t let me leave unless my car was safe and good to drive, it broke down the very next time I stopped for gas—in the middle of nowhere in North Carolina—because of an issue they caused while messing with the battery.
After resolving the battery problem myself at a random gas station surrounded by farmland, all of my ABS lights came on. To top it off, I was charged over $600 more than competitors just to end up with more problems than I started with—problems I’m now paying someone else to fix.
0/10 — I wouldn’t and won’t recommend this location or any other Firestone location when your company comes up in the future. The quality of work has always consistently been poor, but this just brought it over the top.

Customer service was outstanding and my car was ready exactly when they told me it would be. When they called to bring our attention to additional services our car needed they emailed pictures so we could see exactly what they were talking about and make an informed decision.

I had a very frustrating experience here. I ordered a tire through Tire Rack and scheduled installation at Firestone. But they canceled my original appointment the day before. After rescheduling, I arrived early, explained exactly what needed to be done, and still waited over 2 hours before anything started. The staff seemed disorganized. At one point, the manager even asked me again which tire was to be replaced. It took almost 4 hours for a simple install. Then I was also told I couldn’t bring my truck back due to the weight exceeding their machine's lifting limit. (I have an F-250 with a curb weight of 5,260)
They waived the fee without me asking, which I appreciated, but overall, the lack of communication, lack of respect for my time, and poor coordination made this the third very disappointing visit to this location. I expected better from a national name like Firestone.

I am a fair person, however, today on July 28, 2025 @ 0700 hrs, just sealed the deal with not doing business with Firestone. I was told to arrive early for a vehicle inspection, so I did. The manager tells me that they are behind and I may have to leave it. I stated that I would wait, and if takes longer than expected, I will find a ride home. Long story short, a Caucasian gentleman arrived after me and wanted the same service, well why did his vehicle get inspected before mine and he arrived after me. Wow is all I can say. Either it’s who you know or it’s a black and white issue. Fair is fair, no matter what. Thanks for the treatment. Tired of the nonsense!

I have been a customer at Firestone since 1973! That should tell you what I think of Firestone. It is a great place to service your car or truck. Great service, outstanding store managers, always friendly and willing to listen to the customer. Great discounts, sales and payment plans.

I am starting to really enjoy this location for my car service. I have been shopping around over the last two years, and after two visits with this location I have been satisfied. They don’t try to upcharge me or pressure me into services I don’t need. I will definitely keep scheduling with this location for future oil changes and routine maintenance.
Update: 6/28/2025 visit.
Super great customer service. Was in and out in two hours with an oil change and new brakes. My brakes sound better this time than when I got them at ntb a few years ago. Super great pricing and care!

I went in for a state inspection and was told by another shop that I needed over $1,200 worth of work just to pass. It didn’t sit right with me, so I called Firestone to get a second opinion. From the first phone call, they were kind, professional, and told me to bring it in so they could take a look.
Not only did Firestone take the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, but they also discovered that the other shop was completely misleading me. I didn’t need even a fraction of the work they claimed! Firestone saved me from being taken advantage of and treated me with total honesty and integrity.
If you need any work done on your vehicle, don’t even think twice — GO TO FIRESTONE. I will never go to another shop in town again. These guys have earned my trust for life!

This Firestone always takes care of me and my family when our cars have any trouble. Scott is the manager and let me tell you he is on top of it! He always calls very quickly with an update to my car and explains any issues thoroughly but in a very understandable way. I recommend this location to anyone in the area because they’re 10/10 Everytime.

If I could, I would give no stars. At first, I would have given them five stars, but it was their after-action service that dropped them to 1 star.
One year ago this week, I took my GMC Yukon to this Firestone to have new tires and an alignment. They had issues aligning the vehicle as they did not seem confident in doing this. I received the vehicle back, and the steering wheel was pulling hard left. I immediately took it back. The service manager said he would align it, but they did not get it any better. He did say that if I could drop it back off and leave it for a day, he would get it. So I did, and he did as he said. Fast forward a few days, and the front end started to make a clunking noise, so I took it to the dealership for them to inspect it, as Firestone had been experiencing issues. They found the Camber bolts loose. So they inspected the vehicle, and I went back to Firestone to let them know that they left suspension bolts loose. They did refund me for the alignment. Now, a year later and two tire rotations later, the front tires are worn where the same service manager commented was from camber alignment. However, this is the part where they get 1 star; the tires have a warranty. However, the manager will not honor it since it has been over a year since the alignment, and I drove 17K miles. I understand there will be ware, but this is excessive, and the root cause is the poor workmanship they performed. I would not recommend any place that leaves bolts loose on your vehicle that your family drives in, and when you want them to fix the problems they caused, they argue and do not take responsibility
