should’ve trusted the reviews before going. I thought how bad it could be? I got acrylic nails and had 2 of them fell 2 days laters. I decided to go back for them to fix it but honestly didn’t trust the process and didn’t want to waste my time. Not recommended.

I had a very pleasant experience here today. My nail tech, Christina, was incredibly patient with me as I have a newborn. She is only seven weeks old. Christina was very kind, and told me not to feel stressed or pressured when my baby started crying, and she even let me take a break halfway through my nails to soothe my baby back to sleep. She was very encouraging, and I loved my nails! She did a pretty design very quickly while my baby was happy. It’s so easy to get overwhelmed in public with a crying baby, but she was so kind, and went out of her way to accommodate me and my baby. Definitely recommend Christina! The whole staff here is amazing though. I consistently love coming here, and the owner is so so sweet!

I will not be returning paid $76 + $15 dollar tip for this. Didn’t notice small details until I got home, because the service took about 2 hours for something this simple. The French manicure lines are uneven and the cuticles were not shaped properly after acrylic application, as well as the shape just horrible. I also had product peeling off my fingers and almost looks like my skin

We come here often as they are so kind, and they have 2 kids chairs! My children love getting pedicures, and so we come here when we are in the area!
We typically make an appointment, but I know walk ins are available.

Was shocked to see such a low budget looking salon in West Chester Shopping Center. Wanted to give it a chance bc I didn’t need appointment. Be careful bc the nail stylist will show you the high end of the service menu only,
You are not offered wine, soda or even water. Place is very over priced. My toes looked like a child painted them. I went home to ask my family what they thought since I couldn’t see it well in the shop wo my glasses. They laughed. For $56 pedicure I was going to get them repainted right. The manager was in a complete huff. Said she didn’t want to service me because I come back not happy again. I had never been there before. She said they do their best. Wellll, maybe they need a little more training. She said, “She pick no sides.” I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Sides? LOOK at the paint job!!! Do you WANT me walking around like this?! It was so bad!

Very happy with Foxy Nails! Jenny did an amazing job - my cuticles have never been this cared for and cleaned! Everything was sanitized, the people were kind and the atmosphere was nice. Will definitely come back!

Did a beautiful job on my nails, while I was there, there was an older gentleman that had a hard time getting around, they were very kind and catering to him as well as me.
She took her time and was very on point !!
