Forget about getting anything decent at this store. They have the same few people camping there EVERYDAY ALL DAY LONG and grabbing anything of a value from racks and carts that just come out. They already have carts full of stuff and still staying there from morning till night. I understand some people resell, but they took it to the whole new level and staff don't seem to care. So now someone like myslef who would go there to find some good deals for kids or myslef can't do it, because items that make it to the floor not worth it.

My first time in this Goodwill, and was pleasantly surprised at the selection. I go for the home goods and saw several items I liked but I already have enough vases and knic-knacs that I didn't buy anything this time. The items I did like ran in the $3.99 and $4.99 range which is reasonable although the days of lower prices seem to be over with at Goodwill unless you catch something on a half off day. There wasn't a very large selection of home items as I've seen at other Goodwills, but I did see a lot of cloths. Still I would return since there were the several items to tempt me. The store , for a mid-day Wednesday was very crowded. Worth a trip and just off Midlothian Turnpike.

They get all this merchandise @ 100% profits- yet the prices are kind of high for stuff that's used. One other thing that bothers me is: they still ask you if you want to round UP when you check out (I usually say NO). Over The Top.

One to avoid as there's a group of people who not only stand in the way of people trying to look at merchandise (they block the whole wall near the door making it impossible to look at mens shirts and shorts) but they rush like buzzards over anything fresh that is brought out. Surprisingly Goodwill associates talk to them like they're best friends instead of telling them to leave for loitering.

This particular location of notice prices things steeper, are considering it's a thrift store. Also the checkout line took forever, the employees are sweet but I have no sense of urgency

I found some amazing deals here! Although it's a smaller, it pretty neat and organized. Not as much selection yet you're bound to find something good at Goodwill! Despite its size, it always so crowded! Checking out is a breeze, the guy at the cashier was friendly and helpful. Don't forget to check the color of the week for a discount, and "round up" when you pay if you can!! They have lots of spring home décor right now!!

Prices are outrageous!! Complete rip off for items they get for free. They should be ashamed of themselves for those prices. And when we came they weren’t participating with 50% off colors.

This store has grade zero associates who clearly do not care about the community, nor themselves. Gross company, why do people go here still?

They change the prices at the register at will. Scam. Illegal but nobody cares

To begin with I understand Goodwill as a store that helps people and contributes money to causes but they also make a profit which most everybody needs to to stay in business but personally I wouldn't hear the other day to buy a t-shirt the T-shirt was $5 now I can go to Walmart and get a three pack of t-shirts for a $6 I understand I may be helping somebody but Goodwill never used to be expensive like that plus everything that they sell was given to them for free I understand they have to ship it and all this other stuff but the prices have gotten a little bit higher than I think they should be but it's just my opinion other than that the people are extremely nice they're extremely for friendly and they always have been I just think it's it's getting little too much

Love this goodwill! Huge selection of HomeGoods and clothing. The donation drive thru is almost always open and the staff there are great.

Wow, very disappointed in the prices at this Goodwill. I'm not sure what the strategy is, maybe trying to stop resellers. More than a few incomplete toys, and not cheap. The furniture is definitely priced as to keep flippers from making a profit on them.
