Restrooms were filthy, we waited in line for at least 5 minutes before someone came to check us out. No one welcomed us as we walked in. This was my first bad experience here.

I think you should add more discounts to all of your store and stop the round up it is classless other than that the store is great,ps discounts well make room in all of the store.

Please STOP doing the color of the week if you’re going to have your employees REMOVE that specific color off the floors during that same week. It defeats the purpose of coming to any Goodwill Store to shop for less. Prices have already been raised and you still continue to take away the weekly discounts by removing the color you’re offering the discounts on. ALSO Please KEEP IN MIND THAT WHEN DONATIONS ARE BEING DROPPED OFF TO YOUR STORE YOU’RE RECEIVING THEM FOR FREE TO SELL IN YOUR STORES.. NO NEED TO BOOST PRICES OR REMOVE THE ACTUAL COLORS YOU’RE MARKETING TO BE DISCOUNTED. Goodwill has always been a SCAM..

I can occasionally find nice household items at Goodwill and in the past have enjoyed this location but today, July 1st I was told no more 75% off sales, only 1 color code at 50% off and no more punch cards for frequent shoppers. Today all I saw was junk and the prices were ridiculous. I had just come from a nearby antique mall, made a purchase there and saw some genuinely inexpensive items. This Goodwill was so expensive today I wasn't the only one looking at an item, checking out the price and putting it back down. Discount stores are cheaper, sell new merchandise and have to buy their goods. Goodwill gets their merchandise for free. Greed is an ugly thing. I will be shopping less at Goodwill.
In response to Goodwill's response. The items I saw in both the Hull Street and Alverser Drive stores were so highly marked up I would not buy them at even 50% off. Chipped items should not be $8 or $10 or more. Used items should not be more expensive than what you would pay in any local discount store.

I went to this Goodwill on 5/16 I was supposed to be going to a different location. But I am so happy I went. The store was very clean and organized.And to top it off the cashier Bahdria was so pleasing,her personality is awesome.I live in petersburg va and this location is in Chester Store #25 which is like 30 mins from where I live.For the cleanliness, organization of the store,and the custmer service I received from Bandria is well worh the drive.

This was one of the worst Goodwill stores that i have ever been in. The store was extremely under stocked. Things they did have on the floor were broken. Not missing a piece here or there, but BROKEN items! Inattentive staff that preferred texting versus ringing up customers. Avoid this place.

Best surprise and service ever in a Goodwill store! The staff was friendly and professional. The atmosphere from start to finish made me feel welcomed. I honestly shared with Ms.Dana the manager that this was an Ana ing experience. The best part is the store smelled fresh and clean. I felt at home and at peace while shopping … it was early but I have no doubt the standard of comfort and of peace have been established by Ms. Dana and her staff. As a long time customer I truly appreciate that second hand felt like first class. Thank you and Happy New Year!
