My haircut and beard trim today was my first experience with manager Kenya, though all of my experiences here have been very positive with the team at this location. She is a great ambassador for the brand, and seems a good choice for the manager role. She’s able to engage on a wide variety of subjects while delivering the service at a high level. Bonus: she’s widely traveled, having visited and lived in places around the world. Kenya explains her approach, summarizes what she’s done and then notes any new variations she’s introduced in the customer file to provide information for your next visit. While it’s true that many places have technology to help deliver good customer experiences, it’s also true that great experiences depend on folks who are willing to step up and engage with customers. Kenya and other members of the team I’ve met here have the genuine and approachable styles and maintain the skills to take good care of their customers’ hair care needs. Highly recommend this location generally and a sit with Kenya specifically.

Very nice place to get a hair cut I had a promotion deal for a hair cut for 9.99 from watching the sugar bowl well it was well worth it because there price was only 22.00 any how so I will continue to go back very nice experience

I can’t say enough good things about Kenya. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about cutting curly hair (finally someone I can trust), but I had the privilege to witness from the salon chair her many leadership qualities. Despite the back-to-school mayhem, she expertly assisted her coworkers, answered the phone, and responded to in-store customer queries all while somehow giving my hair and I the intentional care we needed. I will continue to come back as long as Kenya is there.

Walked in and they placed me right away in a chair. She really took the time to listen to my haircut requests and asked detailed questions if she was not sure. Best hair cut in a long time. Very friendly and the best attuitide and demeanor. Would come out of my way to get my hair cut here for sure. Professional and clean also.
