Excellent Personable Professional Customer Service at Great Clips, Westchester Commons, Virginia. The hairstylist, Ms Clarita, who cut my hair did a fantastic job-I showed her a hairstyle photo of a mid-length female feathered haircut & she achieved it. Also found out Great Clips sells their own hair products line, so I bought the volumizing mousse.

Went in for a simple Medium Bob Haircut with bangs. Came out with a very very short haircut without bangs. I want to cry. This is awful. Never Again. Why can't the hair stylist ever listen to the customer instead of what they want to do to your hair.

Checked in online and arrived within 3 minutes and there was zero wait time. When I arrived they booked 3 people from the same family ahead of me. It was a 30 minute wait. Very unprofessional and won’t be coming back to this location.

I lost my hairstylist recently, & was desperate to get a haircut today & would just like to share my experience with Ms. Freda ( Surfreda).Walked in door, & was greeted very professionally by Freda & felt right @ home. My hair is very thick & didn't want to push my luck with what I wanted, but Freda went right to work & I walked out of there a very happy customer.
