Multiple signs on the door saying ‘we’re open’, walkins welcome, can see people inside working. Front door is locked and nobody would let me in lol. Great business model, won’t be back.

Brought my son here because Katy used to cut his hair at the Fantastic Sam's on Rittenhouse Drive (they permanently closed on 10/1/2022). She along with a few others came to this salon. Interior is cute and clean. A TV plays as background noise. Katy is nice and works efficiently. She whizzed through my sons haircut and he did so well! The waiting area had a basket of colorful gel pens and plenty of coloring books so guests can pass time while they wait if they wish. There were some handmade items like soaps, bath salts/soaks, body creams, body scrubs and more on the shelves. They also had the high end hair products too. Cute spot and friendly staff
