This week has been one of the most difficult and when I visited last night right before closing to pick up two bags of gravel my poor judgement and placement of the bag resulted in a hole at check out. Raegan was EXTREMELY helpful and very Kind. His kindness really made everything a bit easier and he deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond despite being exhausted. Thank you, again.

Kristin in appliances was helpful over the phone. Went to the store and she was able to help me pick out a dishwasher. She was knowledgeable and very customer oriented. There were other customers looking and she made sure to let them know she saw them and would help them as soon as possible. She made the purchase and delivery set up very easy. Thanks!

Chris (from Hardware) demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the products I was searching for.
What truly stood out was his dedication to ensuring that I found exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond, taking the time to locate items in the store and even following up to make sure everything was satisfactory once I made my purchases.
Chris exemplifies outstanding customer service-not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but he also genuinely cares about his customers. Thanks to his assistance, my shopping experience was seamless and enjoyable. I'm truly grateful for his help and will definitely seek him out for future projects. J J the manager here has a racist tone to him. After accusing me of returning mulch that “didn’t belong to Home Depot”, he says “go ahead get your phone out & record me. That what “you people” like doing. I purchased 8 bags of mulch from a Home Depot in Summerville, South Carolina right before we moved to Midlothian, Virginia. I only used 3, but while moving I ran out of time to return it to the Home Depot store in South Carolina. The next week after unpacking in Virginia, I went to return the mulch to this particular Home Depot. The first employee greeted me by saying “What’s up homeboy…”. This entire store has an issue. Needless to say, after being told by the lawn & garden at the Summerville, SC store this mulch was purchased from their store, I still got berated & disrespected. Have ultimate restraint if your a person of color shopping at this Home Depot.

BEWARE: never, never, never rent a truck from this place. We were supposed to move my son today from Blacksburg and had rented a van from Home Depot several weeks ago. I received an email last night stating it wasn’t unavailable. The email said to rebook online based on availability. I tried to rebook and it showed the van still available at same store (Chattanooga Plaza Midlothian VA). Lesson: online booking not trustworthy. I called the store, was transferred to rentals, got disconnected. I called again and was told they had a bigger van but could only hold it 30 minutes; we’re 45 minutes away. By this time I was fuming. The gentleman said he’d check with his manager - maybe they could hold it. I was on hold for a while and then hung up; the situation had gotten to the point I knew I’d say something to regret later. Here’s the thing: things happen, people make mistakes. That’s life. It is how you handle the mistakes that matters. Nobody at HD said sorry, acted as if they cared or tried to troubleshoot - but they did try to refer me back to the faulty booking tool. Unfortunately, this move has to happen today. We found another truck elsewhere for (silver lining) a better price. Don’t trust Home Depot.

Absolutely horrible service. I placed am online order that this store had to end up delivering because the freight company couldn't handle it. When the local store delivered my product they damaged my new driveway. The have supposedly filed an insurance claim twice, but their insurance has no record of it. Now no one wants to help me they keep transferring me. All I want is my damaged property fixed.
