A delightful place ... So glad to have discovered it. We could have stayed for hours as there were so many wonderfully eclectic items tucked into corners and on shelves, very nicely displayed. Loved the jewelry especially.
Kudos to all who serve and volunteer here.

The store is nice and enjoyable to go through. However, I cannot say the same for the staff. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but after several visits I have experienced consistently bad service. I have heard several unnecessary comments made from staff about present shoppers. Most but not all are not very welcoming in general. As a customer, it makes the experience of the store a negative one.

Great service, wonderful books especially for kids. Inventory was very good quality.

Sadly used to be very fair priced on the jewelry, but now they poorly attempt to use eBay/Google and price match anything… sad to see when it’s all donated.

I recently went here for the first time and was thrilled with this hidden gem! The store is clean and well organized, and the prices are great. Lots of inventory and plenty of treasures to be found. Great selection of denim, shoes, wall decor, and toys. Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been shopping at this thrift store for a while now, probably 4 years or so. It has great prices, is clean, and folks are friendly. I love it there. The clothes and merchandise are always organized very well, and they push a TON of products.
I’ve noticed in the past 6 months or so how much busier the store has become, though. There is a real issue with the fitting rooms. I shop for clothing there a lot and it seems every time I’m there I have to wait a long time to get into the fitting rooms. We’re talking 15-20 minutes people are in a room at a time. I’ve seen more than 1 person at a time in the rooms. Like teen friends. I’ve also seen people trying on slippers. This needs to be addressed. There are lines of people waiting all the time. Hope that HOPE thrift comes up with a solution.

My first visit and I will be back. Interesting collection of many things. Kitchen supplies, furniture, clothing, frames.

Was good until they started using eBay to price out their video games. If I wanted to spend $25 on a Wii game I’d use eBay, not a thrift store that gets everything free. Was a loyal customer since they’d opened too such a loss of a store

I have come on 3 separate occasions to visit for the first time during their operating hours. And they have been closed. I don’t plan on trying to visit here again. I recommend trying to stick to the operating hours that have been posted.
