I was in attendance to have some parts looked at on my vehicle in the service department. There was a man about 7ft in stature and he was the manager, literally push a customer’s (a woman) keys in their face and told them not to come back and this was after he talked and treated her very nasty! Mind you no matter how much you throw a fuss at a dealership YOU MUST PAY for service. However, she told him that she didn’t believe her vehicle was serviced and instead of them giving her clarity and transparency she was met with hostility. He eventually threw a fit and gave her her keys. I don’t know but if the customer was wrong I don’t think those keys would’ve been shoved to her. She was simply trying to tell them that her engine was knocking and they said they didn’t hear anything. She was so upset. I caught her outside and told her to go to Nissan (even though she drives an Infinity). She then later calls to Thank me as Nissan told her that she had to REPLACE HER ENGINE IN ITS ENTIRETY! Please someone help me understand how the original manufacturer didn’t find the solution to her problem? I wouldn’t spend a dime of my money here. I have tried my best to report him to corporate for his behavior but no one calls back. If I could get some help with who to talk to to get him fired that would be great!

Such a good experience with this dealership. My first time purchasing a car virtually ( I'm in NY). Please go see DeAndre who was knowledgeable, helpful and proactive to earn my trust and put my mind at ease in the purchase. He arranged shipping which was more than reasonable, communication was great throughout. My experience with Hunter the finance manager was similarly positive.
