Predatory practices, cunning deal schemes & sales people that will get you into a bad deal then tell youTo refinance in 5 months… “ the fake concern is ridiculous! Hopefully their business can collapse like their care for customers did.

HORRIBLE!! My vehicle was towed here by Infiniti’s roadside assistance because the main belt had shredded. It was covered under warranty and repaired, however when I drove it off the lot, the steering wheel was crooked and pulled severely to the left! I brought it back and was told I needed an alignment - for $200! There was nothing wrong with the steering when it went in, but now there is?? Absurd - clearly trying to grab more money in a completely dishonest way. STAY AWAY unless you want more problems than you went in with. I’d give them ZERO stars if I could.

Took my QX60 in for oil change and waited for over 3 hours for the service to be completed. During my wait, I was told that my battery was testing low and needed to be replaced. It was under warranty so I said yes. Now 16 months later, my 84 month replacement battery is testing low. I was told by two reputable service centers that this is the original battery that came in the car and it had not been replaced! Be very leery of this service department! Boy do I miss Pearson Infiniti!!

Terrible service! They ran three diagnostic tests charged $175 each time and never figured out the problem with our car. They then broke the convertible top and said when I brought it back to them that it was not their problem and that I’d have to spend another $175 to figure out what the problem is then they said they don’t care about my car or fixing it.

Excellent customer service!! From sales with Theo to service with Christian! Theo took care of us from the second we met him - and then bought 2 cars!! Christian took care of us in service when we had an issue with one of those cars. Both were friendly, happy, professional!! Hyman Infinity is lucky to have them!!!

My husband went Pearson Infinity to get a oil change. While they had the car, they told him that the arm controls on both tires needed to be fixed. They informed him that they did not have any opening anytime soon and to go to Charlottesville Cadillac. Charlottesville got him in right away and we had to rent a car. We got a call from Charlottesville Cadillac that nothing wrong with the arm controls and that they are rock solid- Its pretty unfortunate our time was wasted getting a rental car and going to Charlottesville. Nothing but a scam.

Big shout out to Jospeh & Makana at Hyman Brothers, they made my car buying experience nothing short of extraordinary. Down from make is an easy headache free transaction of trading my Mercedes-Benz in. for the all new infiniti qx60 and getting me equipped with everything I needed the same day to drive off the lot . The service department is rude over priced. When I wanted to discuss why they didn’t call me and let me know that I wouldn’t be getting my car back on a Friday at closing, they didn’t care. Said it was on a lift and no one could take it down until Monday I was without a car all weekend and all the man could do was blame me. Terribly rude. They will never see my infinit again.

My wife was in the market for a new vehicle. She had a few ideas in mind what she wanted, but had trouble deciding on what she wanted to buy. She was torn between a BMW X4, Genesis GV70, Acura MDX and Infiniti QX55. We had the opportunity to visit Richmond Crown Acura to look at the Acura MDX, She was not impressed with the design. We decided to go online to review what Infiniti had to offer, and immediately, The 2023 QX55 caught her attention. So, we decide to make a phone call to the closest dealership near us, which was Hyman Bros, Infiniti of Richmond. We were blessed to get assigned to the Sales Associate Lauren Nichols. From, our first initial phone call, Lauren stated that ,she would do everything possible to help make our search and purchase of a new vehicle a easy process.All we had to do is give her the details of the vehicle that we were looking for and a budget. We must say, Lauren was one of a kind, when we arrived at the dealership for our initial appointment, Lauren greeted my wife and I with a charming smile, professional business approach and was ready to do business. Shortly thereafter, I found my wife and myself signing documents for the purchase of a brand new 2023 QX55 because Lauren made the buying process feel easy without any pressure.We have never experienced a process this easy in all the years of our car buying purchasing.Lauren is very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, prompt to respond phones calls, emails, and text messages. Definitely will refer others to her.100+ STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment at 8am to repair my horn that stopped working. By 5:15 I hadn’t heard anything and gave a call. My car had just gotten pulled in and when I questioned that I was told that appointments don’t guarantee when they will work on your vehicle. So they keep my car for two days and can not diagnose why my horn will not honk! When I come to pick up my car it won’t start, they jump it in the parking lot and send me on my way. I then break down on courthouse road at 6p.m. Right after leaving the shop. Car went completely dead and had to be towed back to Hyman bros. They then tell me the battery is old and dead and needs to be replaced as well as a terminal. I come to check on the vehicle and the positive terminal is broken but battery is fully charged and fine. They would not take any responsibility for the broken terminal and claimed they never touched it or any part of my battery after spending 7+ hours diagnosing an electrical problem. The service advisors or incompetent and the shop manager no better. I would avoid this shop at all costs. They can not honor appointments, are dishonest, can’t diagnose a dead battery correctly, try to upsell you, and have terrible customer service.

I came in to this location because Infiniti @ Chesapeake VA was terribly rude.JORDAN greeted me at Hyman Bro. with a smile, she was patient with me ( as I vented about my experience) she assured me they would take care of me. THEY DID! Thank you so much Jordan :)
