Great experience with Hyman Brothers Mitsubishi. George in sales and Stuart in finance both were professional and great to work with. I really appreciate how seamless the process was - fast but thorough. Thanks so much- my wife and soon to be baby girl love their new car.

Did not purchase today, but the salesman was very pleasant, not pushy at all, and stayed entirely on topic. Didn't try to stop us shopping around or anything. Very pleasant experience to test drive and prices seemed fair—though I'm not in the purchase stage right now.

This is a stereotypical "used car" dealership. I was in communication with Andre, who knew that I was traveling more than 2 hours to see a Dodge Avenger. When I test drove the vehicle, it sounded like there was a swimming pool beneath the dashboard. The fact that the salesman would allow someone to travel that far, knowing that the vehicle had undisclosed mechanical problems is truly a reflection of the integrity of this business. I am very disappointed and would not recommend that you give them your business.

My wife changed the battery in her key fob yesterday and it wouldn’t work. She went to Hyman Brothers Mitsubishi to get it fixed. They charged her $621.93, I guess since she’s a woman they thought that was a fair price. She came home crying last night. Don’t go to Hyman Brothers.

Kelly and her team at the service department were wonderful! Got my car in to diagnose a sound from the front end and they quickly located the problem after some careful testing. They reassured me that the problem isn’t dangerous (just an annnoyance) and a permanent fix is in the works from Mitsubishi. To make it easy for me, I was told I could go back and get the part fixed without another diagnosis once the fix is issued in the coming months. I love how transparent and thorough their communication was throughout the process. As an added plus, it was also easy to get an appointment in without being pushed to another week.

Service is always easy to schedule and car is always washed. They even cleaned the inside of the windshield! Very nice service person. You feel like they care about you and value your business.

Service is actually garbage. I agreed to replace my battery with them after I was told the battery was going bad, and paid about $200 for it. After returning home, it completely died on me a few weeks later, and I had to jumpstart it to bring it back. I explained it was faulty. They charged me another $200 for “diagnostics” and told me I must’ve left a light on or something (I didn’t) and that it magically recharged in the time I spent driving it to them. I came to pick it up today after paying that, only to walk out and see that my car once again wouldn’t start. And I guarantee you they won’t refund me for this. Absolutely insane. First I buy a faulty battery with them, they charge me for diagnostics on their own faulty battery & lie to me saying it’s fine, and I still don’t have my vehicle because it’s dead in their parking lot. Thanks a lot!

I had anticipated being uncomfortable because I had stated that I would be waiting for my vehicle. The staff made it as comfortable as it could be and kept me infored about what needed to be done and why it should be done now. I was quite pleased with the service.

Great experience, great sales department that offered a hand after the service department closed. Picked up our Outlander that passed inspection and will be back in a few weeks to get a new touch screen radio. Quick service, friendly staff and very professional.

I had a great experience buying my Mitsubishi Mirage at Hyman Bros. Jon(sales guy) , George(numbers configurator) and Stuart(contracts guy) all were great at answering questions and were patient as I asked a bunch. They got me a lower payment and a much better interest rate than I had before. I highly recommend this place to buy a car.

I bought a car from Joe Laskowitz a couple months ago and came back for a service appointment last week. He and the service department were so kind and welcoming and really made the experience as pleasant as could be. I really appreciate the time and dedication that the employees at this dealership show to their customers. Enough could not be said especially about Joe, his professionalism and care are better than any I've ever seen!
