I had such a great experience at Idyllic nails! The atmosphere is clean, calm, and relaxing. The staff are all very kind and personable. I got a mani/pedi and the pedicure felt AMAZING. They are priced well for their services and what’s included. Loved this place!

Came in for manicure and pedicure as a walk in. They were so attentive and caring. Even though I live a half hour away, I’ll only come back here to get my nails done.

The owner and all nail professionals on staff go above and beyond to provide quality service, quality application, quality care. If they can work their schedule around yours, they will do all they can to try, which is a customer service rarely seen anymore.

I took my 5 year old here for a mommy daughter date and they were AWESOME. They were so patient and kind to us and even thought she was 5- they took her mani pedi serious. I really wish I had gotten our two nail techs names because we will definitely be coming back. ETA- the salon was really clean and well kept as well!

The lady who worked on me used the cuticle cutters to cut my nails and literally left every single one of them with jagged, sharp, extremely uneven edges. After removing my old, gel polish, which creates a lot of dust, she painted over top of the dust, never wiped them down or never asked me to wash my hands. I requested gel for my nails and regular polish for my toes. She even forgot the last step of the gel nails (the alcohol wipe off step) and put lotion everywhere in turn this made the polish look sooo dull. She realized this after the fact and blamed the lotion for making the nails look dull so she “shined” them for me. And finally completed the last necessary step for the gel application. I’ve had gel enough to know how it’s supposed to go. I literally cut myself with my jagged edged toenails before I could even get home to fix this disaster on my own and my nails are always short so for this to happen is ridiculous. I did not see her remove her instruments from a sterile bag/container at all. I’m not saying they’re unsanitary, I’m just saying I did not see the proof of using sanitized instruments during my visit there. Hopefully the other staff members if this facility do better than her.Services: Pedicure
