BEWARE, do not bring your car to this location. I went in for an oil change, the very next day my car engine starts knocking and stops. Took it to an actual auto repair shop and they said jiffy lube messed up the oil change by breaking my camshaft, tightening the oil filter/pipe to tight leaving holes and bubbles. The motor is gone, now I have a knocking noise coming from the engine and it is smoking. Called corporate and they denied my claim to fix my car, I will be filing a lawsuit for their negligence.

I’ve used this location near Woodlake for many years. I am amazed at how fast they get you in and out. They always welcome me with a genuine smile and don’t try to upsell every little thing but they do prompt for some things which I welcome. Always have a good experience here!

Had to get out of car. Waiting room AC broken with no consolation. Asked rep (JB) about how long the oil change and tire rotation would take and with a smirk and air of annoyance he said “till it’s done”. When I asked again he repeated the “joke” and offered that it’s ONLY him and 3 other guys so they are running slow (there was one other car there).
Ended up taking 15 mins which was fine.
I looked at the dipstick when I got home and the oil doesn’t look as clean as when I do it, so they probably didn’t really let it all drain. And it could have taken another quart to get closer to the full line (which I added). All of this is what I would expect but JB’s snarky and unhelpful response to a reasonable question makes the experience 2 stars.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to get my ac fixed. To begin i was told my ac needed a new compressor which i later found out wasn’t true. I also had a part broken while there and this part gives my engine air flow fresh air flow and the moment i left it was running funky but i just drove and 2 days later im at work and it randomly cut off 2 times. Come to find out it needed a whole new part to pump air to motor that they broke while it was there and didn’t inform me about. Not only this but i was told the part would be here monday and my car would be fixed while im in Alabama on a visit and come to find out it’s not. Now at first i was nice about this but then its not fixed when you tell me and I wouldn’t really care but im a high schooler trying to make money and deliver pizza at maglios and can’t without my car. And to top all of this off I was not offered a refund at all. Who knows what could be wrong with the engine from it cutting off twice.

Came in for a tire rotation, they mentioned that a little of the metal on one tire was showing and would need to get replaced in the near future. They continued with tire rotation, putting said tire on passenger front after asking if I had a preference. Since they said it was okay for now, I told them to do the full rotation. Took to Goodyear to get alignment done as my car was also drifting to the right a bit, and they said the tire was close to exploding from the damage on the wheel and am lucky I didn’t crash. They showed it to me after they raised it up so I could see exactly what they were talking about. Very disappointed that I was not informed how severe of damage was done , nor told that I should keep that tire on the rear (if it were to pop, I would’ve surely swerved and crashed) for my own safety and others I was driving around….
