I went in to get my 5 & 7 year old’s suits cleaned as well as my bridesmaid dress cleaned. They were going to charge me a lot of money for the kids suits to be cleaned because they need to ‘hand press’ them since they are ‘so little’. So I canceled that order but told her I wanted/needed my dress cleaned. One week later I go to pick it up and she didn’t clean it and when I asked why, she said ‘just in case’ since I canceled my other clothes. I received no phone call about not getting my dress cleaned.
