This is a very nice store, staff were friendly and a great choice of everything. Parking is right outside and ample.

The gentleman in the back who was doing Amazon returns today (7/7/26) is the friendliest customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. This will now be my permanent return location!

Kohls has always been a great store to shop. I was just shocked to see that they had made check out so cheap looking. Like herding cattle through a chute. There were only 2 cashiers and 10 people behind me. Four customers in front of me. What is going on? Is Kohls business having financial difficulties?
