UNETHICAL (illegal?) practice. Kroger mails coupons to registered customers. They include a coupon for a free item, most recently organic blueberries. I have been to the store several times over the past month, and they never have them. I believe this is a trick to get you in there. They never had any intention of making good on their offer. Class action lawsuit anyone?

this store has gone down hill so fast .. it a shame it happened in such a nice area .. milk goes bad before expiration and the prices on items frequently don't match up at the register .. handles missing on freezer doors .. im going to start taking pictures, several items are mislabeled or have no price tag .. this used to be a good store, its not anymore

Pick up at this location is the slowest of any store in the region, by far. 30+ minutes of sitting in the car waiting almost any time I choose to do at this store.

I really don't know what's going on with Kroger but I really hate their system and their customer service. I go to get crab salad that expires today and see if it could get reduced but instead they just take it from me. Tell me it can't be can't be sold. Also, what's up with these new reduced stickers that they leave blank which employees tell me the price was already adjusted on the main label.

There was no register open when i went to check out, except self check out. This is daunting because i have my disabled daughter with me. Its really hard to ring up everything myself while trying to keep up with her. I kept not being able to scan and the machine kept calling the attendant. The process took 3 times longer. The attendant had to come over 5 or 6 times and 3 different people came over.Its really hard checking out by yourself and bagging etc especially with a disabled kid. I dont do self check out usually but i had no choice when i went to check out, thats all there was. I saw the cashier leave, maybe for break or something? Very frustrating. One of the attendants seemed very annoyed by me. My daughter can't stand long and frequently has to use the restroom. This process took so long it was hard for her . she was hurting by the end . Shame on you kroger.

I purchased "Kroger brand" (Cranapple juice). Difference in price from Ocean Spray .50c. I know - go brand. I opened it and it tasted Horrible. I bought 3. I returned 1 opened & 2 unopened. Customer service : no one there @ 10:45. Patti comes out sloppy looking with a bad attitude. Helps 1st person in line & another girl comes up to help me & gives me a hard time on the opened return! Customer service #Sucks @ All Krogers! Go to Trader Joes for cheaper prices & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Todd ?

This place is a dump. The shelves are often not stocked. The customer service desk is often not occupied. Overall customer service adequate- barely. The pharmacy is good if the right people are there. Most of my shopping is now done at Publix and Wegman's(happy place). After poor service at the pharmacy today my wife and I will be moving our scripts to Public.

I usually do clicklist, they have now started to charge your card twice. If you're getting 300 worth of groceries, and they were out of something and it changed your total to 298. They charge your card 300 at first then 298 after. Then a few days later they refund the first initial amount of 300. However for days your charged 598, until the refund. This is something new they have started doing. I know most people can't go without 600 out of their account for days on end. When you call the store about it they have no idea they give you this 1800 number. Not a fan, this alone with loose alot of business for them. Do better Kroger.
