I only wish that there were more stars available to give. I messed up and forgot to order a cake for my wife's 50th birthday in time to be ready for her party. I explained my situation to the Wes, I believe that he is the manager of the store. I don't know how he did it, but in under 24 hrs I have the exact cake that my wife wanted, and for a far better price than I would have paid at any of the stand alone bakeries I called. THANK YOU!!!!

Emma from the pharmacy was so kind and helpful. Also peeking over the counter I could see this was the cleanest most organized pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

This Kroger has the best selection of ice cream a grocery store could have. We came here to get ice cream to celebrate after an award and we're not dissapointed. The sheer amount of flavors of Ben and Jerry's amazed me. Plus, it was on sale. Good job Kroger!

Employees (plus the manager) always have a chip on their shoulders'. Using the self check out is like participating in a Muay Thai fighting match. Plus, this store does not keep items in stock. I will shop somewhere else.

This store is poorly managed. Why do they have foreigners working in produce who can’t speak English? Why do their store hrs not reflect the hrs they’re open? Went in to get a money order and the manager told me they’re not open until 8! 🤬 The list goes on as to why I don’t enjoy shopping here. Be vigilant about your purchases as well. Often times things are expired

Literally every QR code coupon I've scanned in this store -every single one- is for an expired deal. Take the signs down when the deal is gone or don't put them up.

Judy was kind of rude when I interrupted her 20 minute long personal conversation with friends to tell her that some yogurt went out of date on December 25th (it’s January 5th) check your dairy expiration dates when coming here. Was hoping for better customer service but I guess you can’t have it all

This Kroger does a very bad job of maintaining product sale labels and digital coupons. Only about half of the digital coupons work and several times the sale prices don't ring up.

The old man in the deli always has a bad attitude . I ask for a half a pound of turkey he slam his hand down on the counter hard and said with a attitude what kind. My third time coming to the deli and this man with customers never friendly always has a attitude he don't need to deal with customer need to work on the back not to much around customer. I will not be returning over to that deli but I will still grocery shop there all others staff friendly and helpfull

If you know it’s the holiday week, why don’t you have more registers open and why don’t you have baggers helping the cashiers. One of the cashiers was moving as slow as a turtle bagging this old lady’s groceries and that poor lady could barely walk but was trying to help him…ridiculous, do better Kroger! Publix > Kroger

I enjoy shopping at Kroger. They have a good variety of gluten free items, have a solid international section(for this part of Virginia) and are convenient.

Great deals right now. Store is well stock and always organized. I appreciate the amazing customer service I receive from the meat department. I definitely feel like I get the best bang for my buck right now.

They regularly to push back pick up times by 3+ hours yet still send emails saying it’s ready at the normal time. Hire more people or limit people that can sign up in a given time and get your technology right.
