The pharmacy customer service is poor at best. What ever happened to “ the customer comes first”? I stopped by this morning at 11am to pick up an online refill order. There were 3 techs and the pharmacist working, no other customers, and I still waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me.

Stopped by tonight 2/19/23 at 6:50 to get a loaf of bread (Tuscan Loaf) from the bakery and everything was already cleaned off and put away. I waited by the counter just to ask if they had any and the lady working came over and said “We’re closed.” I repeated it back to her and walked away. I was in disbelief over the garbage customer service experience I had that I just walked away in disbelief. I know one employee doesn’t make a store but maybe I’ll start driving a little further to somewhere like Wegmans where people who work there would never be unhappy to help someone out. Very disappointed (I grew up in Cincinnati too, so I been a Kroger customer for almost 40 years and never had this type of experience.)

I love this store. I like Murray's cheese shops in the Kroger stores. Many outstanding employees that I have noticed at this store. These associates are always hustling about stocking and restocking. Helping at self check out. No matter how busy they are, they cheerfully stop to help. Angela is like a beautiful angel that shows up to help when people struggle with self check out. She is patient,caring, and helpful. Therese, busy stocking shelves, stopped what she was doing to cheerfully help me find items. More good reviews to come, I am sure.

Rude associate at the self checkout. Asked when the sales price will be deducted because I wasn’t seeing it on the screen and he said well you didn’t put in your ID after I had just punched it in, but the system didn’t take it for some reason.. I said I just put it in, He said no you didn’t! To this, I replied, yes I did in a firm tone! it’s not my fault the system didn’t take it but don’t come over there and tell me that I didn’t do something when I did! Who the heck does he think he has to talk to a customer in that tone! they need to train these employees to talk to customers respectfully. a customer oriented reply would have been - I’m not showing the system picked up the ID that you entered. Can you go ahead and enter your ID again or something along those lines not coming up to a customer and saying No you didn’t! Get someone else in this elderly man’s place, someone who is younger and polite. I bet you that’s not the attitude he presented when he went for an interview!

I needed a few items and was cutting it close before they closed. They were out of what I wanted so it took me a couple of minutes to grab something else. I went to check out and all the registers were closed. I asked one of the employees if I could check out and he said they were closed it was 11:02. He couldn't of cared less. But was happy to see me to the door. It was 11:03 then. Customer service is a thing of the past.

I never write reviews, but negativity is contagious. I called the deli to see if they had ham in stock. She cut me off before I could finish my sentence, basically yelling at me they did not have it and then hung up. I’m sorry I called and required this lady to do her job.

Madison in the self checkout was very helpful. She was kind and very polite and didn’t mind going out her way to help me with a issue that I was having at the register…thank you Madison ?

Way to pricy. 11 dollars for a pack of ramen I can get at Walmart for $7. $8 dollars for a sandwich I can get at food lion for $5 bucks or $4 and some change at 7-11. You know things are bad when you're more expensive than 7-11. I've shopped at Kroger most of my life but with these prices I won't be back any time soon.

The god awful smell from the sea food dept makes shopping there torture. No other Kroger in the area smells as bad as this does. The smell has gotten progressively worse and I will not be returning.

I come to this store all the time--always in and out, rarely looking for anything special, never seeking help, and I always go through the self-checkout. However, I wanted to leave a review because I came in on a Saturday morning (I usually go in the evening), and of course it was packed, and they seemed to be a little short staff.However, I watched who I believed may have been a manager, swoop in and redirect a long line of guests for self-checkout to different lines with cashiers. It was a small, standard move, but it was nice to see the manager and the team move so seamlessly to help everyone out.

I haven’t been in this area for a while and was confused on looking for the beer section! Sheila was friendly and helped me find the beer section and also helped me find the root beer not your fathers root beer I was looking for. Thank you Kroger and Sheila for your helpful and friendly customer service!

Disappointed by the bakery. They wouldn't take a cake order this week because suddenly they don't have a cake decorator. They told me to order online via UKROP Bakery. Well surprise surprise. The cake that my family member wants, is not available via UKROP Bakery. Quite Disappointed.
