My husband shopped here last week in between storms. My husband uses a wheelchair. They had one entrance/exit blocked completely and the other had shopping carts turned upside down on the side walk to make a path for the other entrance. The was 1. Dangerous 2. Not accessible for handicapped. We won’t be shopping here anytime soon.

I ordered pick up from clicklist and waited an hour and 40 minutes before anyone helped me. people came and went in 10-20 minutes around me, all getting their groceries when they came hours after me. i ordered 26 hours in advance. the managers refused to even come out and talk to me. i had my 13 week old puppy in the car, she was tired and hungry and i asked multiple employees why my order was taking so much longer than everyone else’s when they said it was ready. i will neve

I had a rough visit tonight due to how I was treated by an employee BUT there was something bigger at work tonight. Before I do let me share with you that the store manager was amazing, he was very upset and extremely apologetic but even more so you could tell he hurt for me. He truly cared. I’m still going to shop here because they have like everything and it’s close to the house. Sometimes people drop the ball so others can pick it up....so here’s my story I hope it starts ...

I love the store brand items and the Deli and Bakery here. I am routinely annoyed by the lack of cashiers but the staff that is there tend to be helpful.

The Rittenhouse Kroger has the most unhappy and unfriendly staff that I have ever encountered. I spoke to and smiled at everyone working and other than the trainee at checkout, no one smiled or was the least bit pleasant. To top it off, I purchased some Kroger brand turkey bacon pieces to put on salad and when I opened the sealed package, it had mold growing in it. The expiration date is 11/2019. I let Kroger know and have not been contacted by anyone so I guess they do not care and it shows.

Please tell your sushi chefs their spicy tuna roll is way too salty. 3 times now I've had to toss it.

Cant remember the last time I didnt have to bag my own groceries and not have a group of employees standing down towards the end chit chatting. Thinking it might be time to take my buisness elsewhere.

Several times that I have done clicklist pickup, I can not park. Just as tonight AGAIN, they have not told people to pull forward, so although there are only 4 cars here, I cannot park. They used to do this in the beginning. I was sitting in the aisle clearly waiting for a spot, yet not one of the 3 employees who came out at that time with groceries asked anyone to pull up, so that I could pull in. This is part of the reason it takes 15 min or longer to pick up from this location.

Bad service, rude and lazy employees! I'm done with this store. Staff your your hot food area and deli appropriately. If you have call offs, shuffle people around. The customer doesn't need to know your problems. There is absolutely no excuse in the hot food area to be breaking down at 5:30 on a week night. LAZY!

My husband and I came to this Kroger to purchase specialty cheese for a cheese board, we got there around 630pm. The girl behind the cheese counter told us she wasn't allowed to cut cheese after 6pm but that we could come back tomorrow morning and she will leave a note for some one to do it. We weren't asking for a specific amount, but something other than the $40 block they had available... so she didn't help us. The fruit and vegetables were deteriorating! Once we got to the check out to buy the only 2 things that looked half way decent, we realized only 3 lanes were open and there was at least 4 people waiting in each line. We did the self check out, which doesn't recognize recycled bags. Once we hit the pay button it said help was on the way. After standing there for a few minutes I noticed the employee on her cell phone not paying attention to her customers. I went over to her to Which she told me to hold on and she helped another customer before us. Never again will we shop here. If you want fresh fruit and vegetables and customer service save yourself the trip and go somewhere else!
