I was experiencing some paranormal activity in my room . And I wasn’t sure what I was experiencing, but i definitely know when I feel a presence. So I asked to switch rooms not really explaining why because I didn’t want them to think I was crazy . But all they did was move me 2 doors down . And yet I still was experiencing the same thing . After doing a little bit of research I found out this area is known for ghost like activity , it helped to better understand what I was experiencing. It caused me to stay up all night because I was so disturbed I couldn’t get any sleep . So I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. I used to come here because there is one lady who is always nice to me and made sure I got my room service everyday . But this hotel has a lot of flaws . And now ghost activity. So I’m just not comfortable staying here anymore
Rooms: Some of the rooms are clean . However the 5th floor has roaches and flees from the animals

Location definitely broke the scale. I think that placing this property right at a shopping mall was very strategic, because a lot of guests can be drawn in to stay at the place: I was drawn into staying here, heavily on the location to shopping and food. If I wanted something to eat, all I had to do was go to the mall to pick it up and take it back within walking distance. The service was great: Checking-in was slow, but the staff was very nice. Checking-out was quick: All I had to do was give the front desk my cards and I was out the door in a hurried matter with no problems. However, I am giving this place three stars, because I think the renovations could have been taken a step further. I saw the old pictures of the hotel with sandy color exterior with a much older-fashioned logo, and I like that they gave the exterior of the hotel an overall dark-black/brown 2020's style hotel exterior. However, the interior kind just fell flat and was very lackluster: The fifth floor hallway smelled like smoke, and the back window of the fifth floor hallway window near my room look like someone barfed on it (picture attached). There were stains on it from the outside that came up from the vent up above that looked like a person opened up the vent and barfed on the window at a perfect angle. Also, there was NO security lock for the rear entrance: Hotels usually have a card-key reader if guests, or anyone, is entering from the back of the properties, why did this place not have it? That is dangerous, and this aspect needs to be considered. Not sure I would stay here again, overall, but I will remember the place for the excellent location for the most part.

All the staff was exceptional, friendly, kind and willing to go the mile to make my family feel welcomed during our stay while we waited to move into our new home. Miss Dee was especially kind to our sons, so much so that they said once we move into our new home they would like to come back with homemade cookies for her. Minor issues with our room were immediately corrected. We will recommend this location to any of our family & friends to stay here when in town. Thank you all for everything.

Scratchy sheets, loud coil beds, smoke alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night... Mold in the bathroom. Would not recommend.

The Best thing I will say is it's walking distance to a very nice mall and it's very close to some really good restaurants like First Watch and a great grocery store like Wegmans, but I will NEVER, EVER stay at this hotel again. Staff is RUDE AS HELL. Arrived at the hotel at 3am. RUDE young lady sitting behind the counter didn't even greet us properly, just asked for a name, literally "what's your name" when I walked up to the counter. Didn't get out of her chair one time because she was too busy doing something on her cellphone. They have a tacky sign in the elevator that says if you're not staying 3+ nights you will not get room services unless you contact the front desk. When I got off the elevator the 4th floor smelled like a musky, moldy crawlspace. They clearly had a MAJOR water issue because I could see someone painted over water damage in the ceilings. Got in the room and the towels had stains in them and were torn at the ends and were tiny. They had mini, and I mean MINI soap bars, shampoo and conditioner. I will say the AC/Heat worked well and the mini fridge was super cold, but everything else was terrible. It's rated a 4.6 star hotel I believe. I would not rate it more than 2 Stars AT BEST. They fooled me with the pictures. I will not make that mistake again. The other lady working the front desk the day I checked out was EXTREMELY RUDE.

2nd time staying here and it was again a great experience. Entire facility is clean and comfortable. Check in process was easy and front desk staff was very welcoming.

Stayed here while I was passing through. Truck (box or 18 wheeler) parking is on the street between the hotel and hooters.
Bedroom area was nice. Cable tv only though. No apps or Smart TV options. Breakfast was very good. Quite a few options and all the tables were kept clean.
The bathroom was my only real complaint. The have the sink separate from the shower toilet. All the wash clothes are sat on top of the hand towels next to the sink. Not helpful when you are in the shower reaching for a washcloth.

The shower curtain rods are installed upside down. (yes… the words are all upside down) This causes the curtain to open up on both ends. Water gets on the floor and lets a draft in. Really annoying fighting against that.
Walkability: Hotel is located with the mall parking lot. Mall and many restaurants are within walking distance.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Mattresses could use an upgrade, but the pillows were good. Check in was good, friendly staff.
