I have bought Laz-Z-Boy furniture almost exclusively for the last 40 years. My latest piece was a leather recliner that was for sale for half price on the showroom floor. All of my furniture is now Laz-Z-Boy. The customer agents have been helpful in every way. For me I would say that Laz-Z-Boy is “Tried and true”….

The salesperson was very helpful and patient. My mom needed a lift chair, but didn’t want to admit it. The salesperson spent a good amount of time with her as we tested several.

We came in and met the Associate, told him what we were looking for and he showed us and demoed the items. We completed our order snd he gave us pricing and delivery details. He was very knowledgeable and personable. An excellent experience altogether.
