If I could give them a zero I would. I've never had people in an office setting be so rude and disrespectful. People were trying to check in using a cane add this staff could care less plus if you're having trouble with the machine God forbid they'd have to get off their butt to help you. When you just have to drop something off it's ridiculous to keep putting information in a machine when you're handicapped. I left. Then I realized I left my 500 dollar pair of prescription ray ban. When I went back there was another rude person in place of the first one. I asked her if anyone had turned any glasses in and I described them. Another one who couldn't get off her butt but just pulled the drawer open next to her and said nope. No offer to take my number or help in anyway..I've been here before but if I have to go to Northern VA I'll never go back to this one..I had trouble logging in and everytime I went to the front desk all I got was a look of dread and a smart answer. In my lifetime there's been times I was disrespected and couldn't speak up but I'll be damn if I have to take it now. If these people hate serving the public so much then clean house! People shouldn't have to be disrespected or treated like they don't matter.. I hope whoever took my glasses enjoys them. May karma come to see you. I don't know why they closed the one at Westchester

Terrible!! Long waits, rude staff.. just saw them tell elderly man who said he didn’t have email they couldn’t make him appointment without email!! I’m gonna see if my insurance will cover quest lab.. hate see companies like this prosper.. have some decency!!

Generally pretty efficient running patients through, but I would recommend an appointment to avoid the frustration of waiting a long time.

Went there today and had routine bloodwork drawn for my thyroid. The “lady” that did the draw never smiled, barely spoke and did NOT wrap my arm. She put a piece of cotton on my arm and tape and I bled all the way home. I now have a huge bruise. I won’t return to that Labcorp again.

Canceled walk in because did not want to wait hour and a half. Still getting texts they will see me now. Tried calling directly and is never get to person set up.

My visit was very easy was saw about 10 mins past my appt time. Everyone was super nice. The waiting area was a little stuffy, the should crank that air because they are so busy. But other then that no problems. My advice make an appointment do not just walk in. You'll be there longer then you need to be.

WAY better than the LabCorp by Johnston-Willis. I see everyone complaining about the wait time but I had no issue and that's normal if a place is short staffed. Phlebotomist made me feel comfortable and talked to me during the draw because I am very anxious. Other location the beside manner was LACKING.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I arrived at 11:32 AM and didn’t leave until 1:30 PM. I completely understand they are short-staffed, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. While waiting, I noticed several people who arrived after me being called back before me. When I asked about it, I was told they had appointments—which I respected.
However, another full hour passed. I had been fasting for blood work and was lightheaded and hungry. I was then told they couldn’t find my information in the system, even though I had a text message confirming I would be called back; which never happened.
The final straw was when the front desk receptionist went on break and the staff member who stepped in clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She told me I would have to check in all over again and wait another two hours; or go to another location.
This experience felt unorganized and dismissive. I left without being seen, frustrated, and still needing care. I truly hope this location improves how it treats patients, because today was unacceptable.

I have been using the portal for regular visits to the Colony Crossing labcorp since the beginning of this year and I would not use any other local lab because I am so satisfied.
Besides being located convenient to my home, the lab staff is amazing. Always pleasant and professional from the office staff to the lab techs, no matter how busy they are, wait times are minimal. I have never been there for more than 20 mins including lab work.
I will note hat the check in kiosk sometimes says wait times are much longer than they actually end up being. Don’t be discouraged and leave because of this.

Absolute chaos and disorganization. Rude staff. Was there yesterday and a phleblotomist quit in front of patients. Exceptionally poorly managed. Spoke with senior citizen in wheelchair who had appointment at 12:15. My appointment was 1:45. They left that poor man waiting until 2:00 pm. People sitting on floors. Disgusting how they they treat people. And its filthy. I will be making formal complaint to VA dept of Health and other regulatory agencies. Pigsty of a lab.

Nice staff normally. But, to never answer the business phone is the worst business practice ever!! There’s no excuse to not return calls or answer them!!!

Ah, Labcorp. I've spent many an hour in your waiting room. Over the past six years, you've gone from mediocre with unpleasant front of house staff to abysmal with absolutely surly and dreadful front of house staff. The phlebotomists are actually pretty good and pleasant, but it takes forever to get to them. I always have an appointment and am always at least half an hour late being served. Unless the system is down, and then it is a lot longer. Come here at your own risk. The only reason I don't give it one star is because I've been to one in Richmond where I thought I might be mugged while I was waiting.
