Hours posted are not accurate. When you have to drive 20-30 minutes to reach a business that advertises hours then isn't open during posted business hours it is frustrating and disappointing. Sign on the door said they were closed for lunch. At 12:15. Even though the web site and information from my doctor's office said they closed at 12:30 for lunch. I will drive past this location to go to another one next time. I don't have time or energy for horrific customer service. LabCorp shouldn't boost about what they don't even remotely offer, excellent customer service my.......

I am appalled at the poor level of customer service at tis LabCorp location that boasts "excellent customer service" on the wall. After checking in at the kiosk, I waited along with other unhappy patients over an hour to be called. When I approached the window, the clerk’s mask was below her nose, yet she asked me to wear one. When I told her I had a medical exemption she looked at me incredulously. I then learned (mind you - after waiting) that my script was not sufficiently marked. The front desk clerk said she would have to manually look up codes so that it could take awhile. However, she ended up calling my doctor to do that, which created a long delay to receive the fax. I ended up leaving after spending 1 ½ hours with no lab work to show for it. This clerk at the front desk was not friendly, kind, or considerate. At one point she disappeared for 10 minutes with no one at the front so I asked a lab worker to please help.While I was waiting a frail elderly couple entered, and the front desk clerk asked them to mask up. The poor man (who walked haltingly with a cane) was trying to register and to help his wife with dementia with her mask as he was instructed. His wife, being impaired, didn’t know how to put on a mask so I helped her while her husband tried to check in, dealing with his own instability. After he finished registering, there was no seating for the elderly man as all the seats were occupied. I hastily cleared a lobby table so he would have somewhere to sit.WHERE WAS THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE so proudly displayed? Why can’t people be treated with dignity and respect? Why isn’t there enough seating and staff for the volume of patients? I suggest LabCorp invest in customer service training and hire empathetic employees instead of being profit-driven. It is possible to achieve a profit and to truly care for others.

Have had more Labs done over the last year + than I can count. I stopped going to the other places because this is by far the best. Always kind and acknowledge you are present. I can be a difficult stick and yet they never bruise me and I don't feel a thing. Special thanks to Sarah who I believe is the glue that holds the place together! You make an other wise unpleasant task so much more bearable especially for someone who doesn't feel well to start with. Thank you so much!

Terrible customer service at the front desk. The attendant was rude to me as I approached her with body language that didn't want to be bothered. I will not attend this LabCorp again!

Staff was rude & made me feel like I was a giant inconvenience. If I treated people like that at my place of work, I would be fired immediately.

I was so impressed with my experience at the LabCorp location! Routine lab work is really helpful to keep track of your health, but I was really dreading getting my blood drawn after a couple of traumatic experiences in the past. I'm a "hard stick" with small veins and previous trips to other LabCorp locations left me in tears after being stuck 6 to 8 times. Needless to say, I was really nervous when I arrived for my appointment. It was easy to make an appointment online and check in was a snap at their express kiosks. I was seen very quickly by Sarah J who is an absolute rockstar. I let her know that I was a hard stick and prone to passing out, but she got my blood drawn on her first try! It took literally less than 2 minutes for the whole procedure and was virtually painless. Someone needs to give her a raise! This location is conveniently located in the medical plaza across from Westchester Commons. It's easy to get to. The only downside is that because the office is in the same plaza as an ER and a ton of other medical offices, finding parking was really difficult. I spent more time looking for parking than I did getting my blood drawn. I highly recommend this location of LabCorp. It's convenient, clean, and the staff are competent. Thanks, Sarah J, for making my experience as painless as possible!

Always a pleasant experience. I've been here a couple of times with both my young boys and have never had an issue. The staff has always been friendly and efficient.

This is not for the Watkins center but for the one at St. Francis center. They have ONE person doing the blood draws and the paperwork. The lady is very kind but what type of customer service do you provide with ONE person working on a Friday morning. I have an appointment but arrived 30 minutes early hoping to get in and out quickly. STAFF your business adequately. Unacceptable.

This LabCorp is so under-the-radar that I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't stick around for long. Even during the middle of the day, there's usually nobody else waiting. Service is for the most part fast and professional.

I have had several blood tests at this location and have always had a great experience. Sarah has always been extremely helpful and is very good at making it an almost painless experience.

When arriving in the past , I am asked if an appointment was set up. Today I called for an appointment and after going through 1-2 minutes of stupid menu options, I was out on hold until the phone disconnected because nobody answered the. All at the location.

Terrible experience. Booked my appointment online for a pediatric appointment for my son. Took time off early from work to get him there. Walked in the door and was refused to be seen because of his age. Even after presenting the confirmation from my online appointment where I marked "Pediatric", the staff simply refused to see us. My child was in no way out of line, upset or even crying. I was told that they couldn't see us incase he "passed out." I will never go to another LabCorp.
