This facility is very well run. I had accidentally left my lock off of my unit and the manager, Steven, called me immediately the next morning. I spoke with him when I arrived. He was very professional and showed a great work ethic at his position.

I originally got a unit over the phone with I assume was just a call center type of thing - and she was very nice and made my booking fast and easy. I did have some trouble finding my unit on my own the first round- but I did go late at night. I called the customer service line and they were able to direct me to my unit over the phone super quick! The unit I originally got was in the very far back, and was a little too hot for what I would be storing. I expressed my concern with Steven- and he went above and beyond to help me out. He found me another unit promptly & I can truly say I was treated with genuine kindness, and left feeling like I was a true valued customer. The property/ environment feels safe. Steven was exceptional with his customer service, I truly couldn’t say enough good things about him! He made the entire process a breeze. I am very satisfied with my unit and the price point is a good value. I highly recommend! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been a customer at this location since 2018, and I have been very pleased with the customer service that I have received. The manager has always been very helpful, so I'm happy that Latoya is in charge! : )
