We stopped at the Mattress Savvy booth at the Raleigh Home Show and spoke with Zane. We were already thinking about getting a split adjustable bed but hadn't narrowed anything down. Long story short, we bought a Tempur-pedic split King and entry-level adjustable base and a few accessories. Definitely not cheap but in line with everyone else and compared to other styles such as Sleep Number. My understanding was that the bed was to be delivered to us direct by Tempur-pedic. I got a call saying that our mattress was at the store and they would be delivering from the Richmond area to Raleigh. Our bases were out of stock so instead of having us wait for our bases to come in they gave us upgraded bases at the same price. Zane and his associate delivered and set up the bed and took away the old mattress. We like the Tempur-pedic after getting used to it and we definitely sleep better, but that's for another review. Our experience so far with Mattress Savvy has been good.

This mattress store exceeded my expectations. The staff was knowledgeable and guided me through a wide selection. The quality of the mattresses is outstanding, and I found the perfect one for a great price. The overall shopping experience was comfortable, making it my go-to for all things sleep-related. Couldn’t be happier with my mattress and have slept like a baby since it was delivered.

I purchased a Wellsville 8”gel foam full size mattress. After a 60 day trial, I was not impressed. I tried to roll over and couldn’t because I was laying in a hole from my body imprint.I visited the store and spoke with the sales rep I purchased from. I let him know my dilemma. I picked out another mattress to exchange with. He said my delivery would be the next Saturday. I called that Saturday morning and asked what time the delivery would be and the same sales rep askedme, “Oh, the owner didn’t call you?” He said the owner would not honor an exchange on that mattress. That Wellsville does not have a warranty on their mattresses.He said I could come in and pick a different mattress up that I would have to pay for. I declined.I was forced to go to Mattress Firm where I was given a 120 day warranty on my purchase in writing.

We bought a Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable frame set off of Zane at a home show in Wilmington. The price was great and Zane was very honest and accommodating given that we could not have the bed delivered until a house we were having built was finished.After many months of juggling dates, misinformation, and putting off deliveries, we finally got our bed only to find that they had brought the wrong adjustable frame. Calling the distributor and Sealy got us a run around and we had to go back to Zane to get it straightened out. Zane got better frames from Tempurpedic and delivered them personally to our home and set them up.I have NEVER had such personal service and accountability in a retail outfit EVER. I could not recommend at store and sales person more highly. If I could give more stars, I would not hesitate to do so!

Shane & Zane were amazing! We went in initially looking to just browse but were given a deal we couldn't say no to. We were greeted and assisted as soon as we walked in. Zane was very knowledgable about mattresses.

Zane, Ace and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. My elderly mother had ordered a Tempur-pedic bed and mattress. It has been on back order and we were frustrated. They delivered the frame and a temporary mattress in the meantime. I cannot thank them enough for caring about their clients. You guys are the best and we appreciate your concern and efforts that were made to make my mom comfortable until her mattress can be delivered.

These guys were so great in helping my wife and I with picking out a mattress. We have been burned from other online companies and we’re really worried about not being pleased with a new mattress. The owner was really helpful and patient with us. We felt so comfortable in our purchase. It was also nice supporting a local small business. I know if I have trouble in the future I will have the support only a small business will be able to do. Thanks guys

Zane and Josh are the best! I've been looking for a mattress for my new apartment and I was convinced that I would never find the right bed for me. I had checked out all of the big name stores but just wasn't convinced. Zane and Josh were able to give me so much education and help me identify a few options. I fell in love with one bed and was able to make a quick decision in a pressure-free environment.
