The customer service at this location is always less than subpar. I mean that. They are slow, inefficient, unapologetic, disrespectful and unfriendly. They close early and are late on transitioning between breakfast and lunch. Thie location needs to hire new workers and new management because it gets worse daily. This location is closer to my home and I will drive 10 mins farther down the road just because this location is so trash. Do better.

They have an order that we are not used to. They give priority to orders by car. You have to wait a long time to order. Hamburgers are a little more delicious, but they have more fat. The sales price in Turkey is cheaper due to the exchange rate.

This location is extremely GHETTO and UNPROFESSIONAL! I came in for a happy meal for my daughter and a meal for myself. I ordered on the kiosk! It took 15mins for somebody to even acknowledge that I was at the counter because the employees and the manager were too busy playing, arguing, listening to their air pods and joking around! Absolutely unbelievable! Definitely need better management who train their employees how to work and have better customer service skills! Had I not already paid, i would’ve walked out!

This McDonald's is poorly managed. I had to wait over 8 minutes for my order then was given an incorrect burger. I took it to the manager and asked for the correct order. She gave me an incorrect burger twice but I was so hungry that I just picked off all the onions (there was a lot) and ate it.

Just about every order through the drive-through is messed up. I suggest staying away from the place till they can figure out how to get an order right. This "last straw" order was correct on the outside screen. I paid my money but wasn't given a receipt, and there wasn't one in the bag. At first said the holiday pies would take 30 min to cook. We requested our money back, and the pies magically appeared. They missed the drinks, and I had to remind them. We checked our order in the bag on the way out, which had two missing cheeseburgers. I tried to take the order into the restaurant at 9:30 pm, but they had locked the doors. The door and Google said the dining room was open until 11 pm. There were customers still eating inside. The McDonald's employee at the door didn't care and walked away, shrugging their shoulders. Never again will I go here. Way too many employees goofing off in the dining room. I don't understand why they take so long to mess up orders.

The last 13 times I have ordered food from the McDonalds at 13011 Hull St Rd in Midlothian, VA they have made the food wrong. I order with specific items to be left off my food because of dietary restrictions and 13 out of the last 13 times I have ordered during the mirning shift they have fixed my food and/or drinks wrong. The female morning manager does not apoligize when I call and point this out to her. She tells me to call Doordash and have them comp the meal or she even goes di far as ti tell me she knows it was fixed correctly because she waited fir my order to be fixed before handing out to the Dordash driver. When asked her if she actually look at the food to see if it was made with no butter or onions she is silent, because she may have waited, but does nit kniw if it was made correctly because she did not see the food.Other staff from her store and other stores have told me she puts workers on the line who can't read, therefor they do not know to leave off certain items. She is rude each time I call tells me tgat Doirdash will refund me and nit to call her again. I suggested she have the indivudusks who can't read do jobs such as working the fryer, making drinkd, cleaning the restaurant, or running food out to oeople waiting for soecual irders and have wirkers who can read filling the orders and she just bliws uo, yelling at me telling me she knows hiw to manage her restaurant and staff and fir niw on to request my foid ve delivered from another McDonalds ir go get ut myself. Doirdash only picks up from the location where she works and I am dusabled, unable to drive as I have told her each time, but she never says she will maje it right she insists I find another way to get someone to go to anither McDonalds if I am dissatisfued with what they are sending out. Why do they give the option to choose to have an ingredient keft off when you order if they are ALWAYS going to make the order wrong. Just down the street us another McDonalds that I go to when I have a driver because they get my irder correct over 90% if the time and are iwned by the same franchise iwner. The differences are they hire employees fir cooking whi can read and if they make a mistake they are overly nice, saying how sorry they are and they refix the food or offer compensation on your next visit. They are never rude and never yell at me but she us always rude, yells at me anytime I call, and hangs up on me saying she has a restaurant to run and does nit have time to deal with me. She has a reputation, accirding to McDonald employees of hiring indivuduals who can't read and havibg them work in pisitions that require them to be abke to read in irder to put out the cirrectly irdered product.

Painfully slow . Tried this place twice and both times it took more than 20 minutes to get a kids meal. It is nice in the inside though
