The worst experience I have ever had. 4/20/24 wait 5 minutes for food then had to go inside and get my food because it wasn't even ready I was forgot about and then the employee's acted like I was a bother and didn't want to give me everything I paid for . I will not return to this location. ?

Pretty busy location with very recent drive-thru improvements ( now 2 lanes), however service is always frustratingly slow during dinner time. However, orders are usually prepared accurately including customizations. Staff is usually friendly, courteous and professional.

DONT COME HERE LATE NIGHTE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICEI went through the drive thru at 11:30 pm, sat at the microphone for 5 minutes without hearing a peep despite talking. I pulled forward to see if anyone was even working, I saw there was someone at the window, so I went to back up, but was unable to, so i was stuck. After waiting another 5 minutes for the person at the window to leave, I was told that I would have to drive all the way back around.

Went through drive through and got wrong order went in to get correct order and order was still incorrect. Service was horrible. The lady was so rude and upset with me about her messing up my order lol. Fast food run took 43 minutes needless to say and no I won’t be going back.

It would be absolutely lovely if just once I could order delivery and actually get the sauces I ordered. ESPECIALLY when I pay extra for them. Then of course the app tells you to call the store to get a refund. But they never answer.

Service was quick, came in right before noon. Maybe waited less than 2 minutes for my order. Everything was hot and fresh.

Did curbside pickup a week ago, forgot my 20 piece. Showed receipt and they wouldn’t give me another. Went through later to order the 20Piece again and forget the sauces. Today ordered 2 mcchicken and a 20 piece, forgot one mcchicken and half the sauce. Terrible service and rude/ inappropriate

7400 Hull St. Rd.I will not go here for breakfast again. I order bacon, egg & cheese biscuit & twice they have substituted McMuffin egg, which can't stand. They must run out of usual folded egg & never tell you! I do not eat poached eggs period & I don't want them on a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. This is sloppy customer service. I will go elsewhere!!!

Ordered my bagel with no butter again. For the 14th time in a row the McDonalds in Midlothian, VA At 13011 Hull Street slathered butter all over both sides of the bagel!!! I took pictures, tried to call them I got a busy number all day long. The surrounding McDonalds made sure I had the Franchise phone number and said they were very sorry to hear about the service I always get when I order through Doordash from that particular McDonalds. I really wish I could do as the manager at 13011 told me to do and pick another location for Dordash to have my food prepared at when I order, but I can't. The McDonalds on either side do a great job of reading and fixing orders as requested by the customer. DO NOT GO TO 13011 HULL STREET MCDONALDS. THE FOOD IS OFTEN FIXED WRONG AND THE FEMALE MORNING MANAGER IS NOT FRIENDLY AND DOES NOT CARE IF CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED!!!I have left the franchise office messages, but they never answer the phone or call back.I have talked to Doordash, but they will not redraw the lines to allow delivery to be switched to other McDonalds on Hull street that have great records of caring about customer satulisfaction and pride in their work, plus respect toward customers who call in to report errors when they do happen. The other locations are sorry and make things right. The manager at 13011 has told me SEVERAL times not to order at her McDonalds, to go to another one if they are so much better. She knows I order through Dordash because I can't GO TO McDonalds because I am unable to drive due to a disability. She yells this at me and hangs up on me!!Dietary restrictions: I have dietary restrictions and limit butter, onions, and other foods as listed on order and they ignore the hold request items.

5:20am I pulled to window as no one would answer the intercom, the employee stated they didn't answer because they weren't open yet. I pointed out that the sign states open 24 hrs. Employee stated they have no food, I told him I already ordered and paid through the app. 10 min later I got my steak egg and cheese bagel, the steak was an eight of an inch thick, the employee stated the grill needed to be recalibrated for cooking the steak as it was malfunctioning and written up for repairs. No refund offered...
