We bought a preowned vehicle from Frank Costa and had a great experience. The costumer service is outstanding. Frank and his team went above and beyond and I’m very confident we got a good vehicle. We have a very good experience. We inquired about a car online and get multiple people at the dealership to respond. When one was out, someone else stepped in and took care of us. Real team effort! Very happy with our purchase. Great first car for our daughter.

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Wil the manager was great to work with. Sam the sales associate went over Every detail of the car with us. Robert the inventory manager found us the perfect car. Jon made the financing process so easy. We will be back for sure. The staff at mercedes benz midlothian made us feel like family.. Quick and efficient! First time at Mercedes of Midlothian after moving from KY and it’s the first service I’ve had where I didn’t feel like my advisor was trying to sell/add on everything under the sun. Diagnosed my vehicle and fixed it in less than 12 hours. Travis was great from start to finish. Will be using Mercedes of Midlothian from here out!

Took my car to this dealer as the start/ stop feature was not working correctly, they cleared a code and told me to bring it back if the problem persisted, and have the battery replaced. Problem persisted and brought the car in. Gave the service rep my number and told him to call me ( Rick). He never called and every time I called it went to voicemail. Kept the car for week playing phone tag. This dealership was just purchased by another company which makes sense, I would have sold it to. If your looking for professional car care stay away from this dealer

Friday 4am, my friend and I set out from Indiana on a kiteboarding trip to the outer banks in my Sprinter. Halfway through West Virginia, the check engine lamp light up and the vehicle enter "limp" mode. My friend started calling dealerships between Beckley WV and Hatteras NC. Fortunately, Mercedes Midlothian answered the call. Before we arrive at the dealership, the service manager, Rick Nelson along with the guys in the parts department had pull together the resources to repair the vehicle. The services foreman, also named Rick, adjusted his teams efforts and made room on the docket to squeeze in the repair. Levin, the gentleman that did the repair, was working on the van 10 minutes after we arrived, and completed the work flawlessly. Two hours later we were back on the road and the van was running perfectly.Thank you to all the team members at Midlothian Mercedes Benz. Your service was just incredible. Every one was awesome, friendly and pull together to rescue a couple of guys that were in really a pinch. You all did a great job, and Midlothian's are blessed to have such customer focus, dedicate professionals there to help.THANK YOU!!!

First time visit. Needed the state safety inspection after moving here from California. Easy to transfer my info over and fast and efficient service. No problems so far. Will update after a more thorough service visit.

What amazing experience fromStart to finish!!!I Purchased a new 2023 Mercedes from Midlothian Mercedes, Chris handled every little detail of this out of state (Texas) transaction. Chris is very detailed oriented, replies extremely fast even after hours. Finance and paperwork was very efficient hats off to Jonathan. Chris lined up the transport company for $1,300 I received the car 4 days later in perfect condition. After I received the vehicle, I received another phone call from the dealership from Frank who's walk me through some of the key features of the car. One little nice feature that I thought was really nice on the day that we received our car we received a little gift box from Midlothian Mercedes. These guys really know how to take care of their customers even if I live 1500 miles away.Only regret wished i lived closer so i could have my car serviced there and also to meet Chris ??Thank you very much I now have my dream car !!!

The service department was excellent. However I walked around the showroom floor looking at some of the newer models and no one on the sales floor came out to offer assistance. One gentleman was sitting at his desk. He looked at me and did not say a word. This is was an aweful experience.

Purchased a vehicle here and did not have the greatest experience. Was told right before I did paperwork I needed to put $500 down to hold the vehicle, also was explained to that this was a common practice. To see if this was common practice I reached out to another location and was told by another sales rep that Mercedes is not able to accept payments like this and was apologized to that this happened to me. When I also asked about this with the finance manager they had no clue of what I was talking about as well.I also tried to set up my Mercedes Connect app and was told in order to do so I would need to pay $150 for this to be set up. I told the rep initially that I wanted to have the remote start feature so this was quoted to me. The vehicle I purchased the previous owner did not unlink their account (Mercedes Me Connect) to the vehicle I purchased so in order for me to log into the app I had to pay $150 first (which was incorrect information). I spoke with someone at Mercedes Me Connect and they advised me the account should have been unlinked prior to me purchasing the vehicle. This was so if I decided to add the remote start feature and other features I could do so on my own (without wasting gas going back to the dealership). If I would have been explained to from the start that the $150 covered all of the features and not just the remote start I would have felt more at ease. Essentially, it was being told to me that I needed to pay $150 just to sign up for anything to be done. Was also told to unlink the previous owner it takes seconds to do and was told I could only do this at the dealership (which was not true).If you are buying a car from this location please take this into consideration being that this type of stuff can happen from places you least expect it.Pros: quick service, staff up front was friendly.Cons: me connect app assistance, asking for unnecessary down payments, explanation of products not the greatest.
