Had a check engine light come on out of the blue over a holiday weekend. Found that Midas was one of the only places that could get me in the next day. Had to leave the car for troubleshooting but was provided with a complimentary loaner car which was huge benefit to selecting this shop. Communication about the issue was clear and timely. Had to work through several issues but ultimately got the job done and the car is running like new. Would recommend and will go back for future service needs!

Everyone here is so trustworthy and honest from the start. I’m a young single mom, and I’ve had a lot of people try to get over on me with pricing . This place is very transparent and provide you actual proof of the things that you will need done. The staff was super sweet and welcoming as well. Definitely recommend this shop to anybody.!

Midas in Midlothian walked me through everything they were doing with my car and was super transparent. There was a small problem at first that the store manager Marco took care of for me and made me feel comfortable about the work that needed to be done. I would definitely return here!

This is a 5-star team! My husband and I had made a mini-visit to RIchmond and we were minutes away from making the trip home when we experienced a car emergency. We made call after call trying to find a shop able to assist. This team was also busy, but they squeezed us in and provided incredible, transparent service. I couldn't be more grateful to Cham, Marco and this team. If I lived locally, I would return again and again. They should be incredibly proud of all that they do. I can't thank them enough!

My experience was great as usual!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Marco and his team took great care of me. We, also, discussed upcoming services that would be needed and detailed reasons why. I appreciate Marco and his team for the care he takes of his customers.

I had a great experience with Midas of Richmond at 10160 Hull Street Road, Midlothian. I worked with Marco, Sham and the entire team on my SUV. This team of technicians have superior experience, excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge when it comes to servicing your vehicle. They take the time to ensure you have all of the information you need to make the right decision for the servicing of your vehicle. If you want to ensure your vehicle is serviced with the best team, I would always take my vehicle to Marco, Sham and the entire team at Midas of Richmond at 10160 Hull Street, Midlothian. This team deserves a gold star and truly represents the Midas Organization at the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Place is a joke. Dont go there for state inspections or any work. Inspector ripped the corners off perfectly good wiper blades and said we needed them to pass. Made them leave thw old ones and it was very apparent what they did. This place will upsell services that aren't needed and target woman who aren't knowledgeable of their vehicle. My wife made the appointment because anyone can write a sticker for inspection but most places were booked locally. They tried to say the tires were at 4/32 tread, but that was measured off the wear bar. 30k miles on 60k mile tires that have been properly rotated and have more than enough tread.. Told my wife that was the minimum to pass but the minimum is actually 2/32 of tread. Inspector lied and should be reported to state police safety division. See howany cars hes inspected that all needed wiper blades. Then said it was leaking coolant and radiator would need a flush. Told her she prolly saw water in the driveway i assume hoping shed mistake AC condensation as a coolant leak. When i went to pock it up, no one mentioned anything to me about any issues. I wonder why? Man with a mechanical background and a father thats a retired state inspector. Avoid at all costs.

I’m AMAZED and they are AMAZING! Very good customer service, great communication and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed my car in a timely manner and my 11 year old car never drove better. From office staff to mechanics….they are the BEST (and good looking). I tend not to trust mechanic but they put my mind at ease and provided photo proof. Thanks MIDAS!

This Midas location has been GREAT. Each time I called, the customer service was amazing and very accommodating. The day of my appointment I was running late and I was told to still come. Greeted by Marco Kotze he was great and knowledgeable. The team got my car in and out quicker than I was told. Will definitely stay with this location when I need them!
