If you need a prescription filled, then this isn't the place for you. They are consistently out of medications, and provide little or no status updates of when they will be available. When you can get someone on the phone, they are rude and not helpful. Here's a tip, if you don't have a medication, just let me know so I can have it sent somewhere else. Don't tell me it's going to be available Friday afternoon and then tell me Friday night that it isn't ready and you don't know when it will be available. FYI- Doctor's offices are closed on the weekend and can't resend a prescription refill request somewhere else until Monday.

This is by far the shittiest establishment I have ever been to in my life. The staff is extremely rude and they don't answer the phone when you call. I used to live out there but I live in Richmond now so it's a 40 minute drive for me to pick up any of my prescriptions. I'm literally in the process right now of calling them to transfer the rest of the prescriptions to the CVS near me. I was dumb and sent the refill in before transferring it myself through the app so I had to call them because I'm not driving 40 minutes just for them to transfer it to my pharmacy. Anyways, long story short I initially called them at 4:11. The prompts weren't letting me get through to talk to someone so I hung up and tried again. My second call was at 4:19 and I was waiting on hold for 51 minutes and no one answered. So I finally decided to hang up and call again and I've already been on the phone this time for 15 minutes. I know they are not so busy that they can't pick up the phone for one customer in the span of almost an hour and a half. This is absolutely crazy. Every time I have called in the past I've waited on hold for usually 30 minutes but this time is by far the worst. I'm glad I'm finally getting my prescriptions transferred. Well, we'll see if I actually can if they ever pick up the damn phone...

Terrible customer service!!They never answer the phone.They do not contact you if there is a problem with your prescription.The management does nothing to help.They do not seem to care about their customers!

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever. Incompetent staff to include the old gray haired pharmacist. Accused my daughter that her prescription was not legit. And instead of doing his job and calling the doctors office , his lazy a** , sent her away. So I went up and showed him 2 more of the same script and he still said these were not legit. Said they were copies , which they were not. He then told me he would have to call the doctors office and I reminded him that he should have done that in the first place. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Phone time is 30 min or longer. Long story, short, took it someplace else and they filled it no questions asked. Never again will I go here!!!

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. They never answer the phone and always leave you on hold without ever picking up. Last time it happened I drove up there since i had a question that couldn't be answered by the automated system. They did not appear to be busy so I tried to call again from the parking lot to see what would happen. Again, put on hold for over 5 minutes with no one picking up. I went inside and there were 4 people working in the pharmacy. Although I was the only person in line, I had to wait several minutes for two of them to finish a personal conversation before anyone assisted me. Since that experience I've switched to another pharmacy and the customer service at the new pharmacy is so much better.
