I had a horrible experience at this store. Don’t believe anything they say. They will tell you one thing and then give you a major run around. Go to a different location and save yourself the hassle.

Rejected a FedEx package that is already marked for FedEx pick up. Exact same package and type was shipped from this location a week ago. No point in this being a FedEx location if it can’t ship FedEx packages.

The assistant store manager is pleasant and helpful, but the others in the print department are not. They screwed up a very important corporate print job for me, caused me a lot of time and multiple trips. I look forward to never using Office Max again.

Don’t bother with curbside pickup at this location. You pull into the lot, tap “I’m here,” and then… nothing. No one ever comes out. Every time, I end up having to go inside and get my order myself. Totally defeats the purpose of curbside.

We have always been very pleased with our purchases at Office Depot. The Customer Service - the friendliness and assistance of the Sales Associates is topnotch at all times. We are always greeted warmly upon entering the store and made to feel special!!!

How are you a print store yet your only option to print is off someone phone where you can't access the documents unless via pdf that you don't even share

Went to the FedEx center to drop some packages, stated they were already labeled and set, asked if they had a dolly, she said no. Grab two carts come back in with boxes. Waited by the FedEx center again, she said we need to take them to drop off, on the other side of registers. Guess what was there...a dolly. Cashier was nice and smiling greeted me every time I left and entered the store (on point!). Everyone was great, except the sassy FedEx center person, who acted like i interrupted her. Store and bathrooms were clean.

After three unsatisfactory experiences at Office Max, I have chosen not to return. Regrettably, I have encountered staff who are consistently rude, unhelpful, and inattentive to customer needs. Therefore, I am willing to drive an additional 25 minutes to Staples, where high-quality customer service is consistently delivered.
