I have a 150 page booklet of my grandfather's journey in WWII after being shot down. I went to OfficeMax to have copies made. It is 150 pages with some color and in a spiral binder. They want $124 to make a copy. It is literally $2 worth of materials and 5 minutes of time. I will never shop here again.

I was hoping to find more surge protectors where the plugs swiveled. They had the MX3s at 57° angle that looked awesome and I'll probably get that online, since it wasn't available in store. Nobody offered to help and I'm not sure if they had what I needed.

In the past I have gone to the post office to pick up stamps. I needed an overdue invoice stamper and decided to order my stamps at the same time. I will never go to the post office for rolls of stamps again. Same price...totally awesome experience.

Liam and Liz went up and beyond to do the right thing for me. I was getting there at 7:31 with two packages to be delivered via FedEx and they let me in to get the package sent out on time. It was a very important package that needed to be sent so I really do appreciate them going up and beyond to let me come in to get the package sent. Thank you Liam and Liz for doing the right thing for the customer.
On a sidenote, the extra 10 minutes that took me to get there on time was taken away because the address is incorrect for the FedEx drop off and took me to the location next-door. I would say that that needs to be corrected so customers do not get impacted with this.

Always check online prices before going to Office Depot/officemax. The store prices are not the same as the online prices for the same item they are unbelievably higher. They will adjust it to the online price if you tell or show them. You should not have to do this. Bad business ethics. Let the buyer beware ????

I have been a business customer with Office Max for over 17 years. I really appreciate their customer service, friendliness and treating me like a valued customer for any size job. I would like to especially shout out Alexander at the Print Center for my store in Midlothian (Westchester Commons). He is hard-working, respectful, honest and always striving to do the right thing for the customer as well as the organization he represents. Job well done, Alexander!

I was charged $32.40 to send a fax and that was self service. The cost is astronomical!!!

It's unfortunate that I am forced to leave even a one star rating...the Westchester location in Midlothian, VA has literally ZERO idea what it means to work for and earn a person's business and it's evident in the general non-existence of care and the lack of service provided.
