Last Sunday ,after church,I was going to put my wipers up before the expected snow storm but one wiper came off in my hand. It was the one that I had noticed didn't seem to work as smoothly but since it was only a few months old ,I didn't worry. I couldn't clip it back on so I drove up to my O'Reillys where one if the nice young men put them on when I bought them. A really nice fellow couldn't get it on either and he immediately said he would put a new set on under warrenty. Such great customer service is rare these days. I posted it on my Next Door as of two days later,it's been viewed almost two thousand times!

UPDATE: 7/3/2023: Walked in and was immediately greeted by a gentleman behind the counter named Dalton. He asked if he could help me and I said yes. I told him the make/model of car and ask for wiper blades for front. I told him the brand I wanted and he recommended the intermediate level. As a veteran, he looked at my ID and posted it in the system permanently so the next time I make a purchase there I will automatically get the 10% discount. He then asked if I would like him to install them and I said yes. He noticed one of the packages had been open and said no, he wanted to get another to ensure it had never been used. He had them only in just a couple minutes. Love this O’Reilly’s! Have always received great customer service. Big shout out to Dalton for his help! Thank you!2022:Kindly greeted by a young man whose name was Jordan. He helped me with my purchase and was patient with me as I gave him several phone numbers to look up my account. Very pleasant and called me ma’am. Great customer service!!

Purchased a oil change the employe with silver rings and chains [didn't catch his name] told me the type I was looking for wasn't on sale didn't even have a flyer available I went and looked it was on sale also didn't set me up for a rewards card correctly so I missed out on all my points over all lazy store from my previous experiences
