Oxygen and Iron Personal Training is the best! It IS personal! Linda has trained me for a few years now and I am thankful for her support and enthusiasm but especially her knowledge and expertise when it comes to training. Linda knows the strengths and weaknesses of each of her clients and tailors her sessions accordingly. What is good for me might not work for someone else and vice versa. No cookie cutter approaches at Oxygen and Iron. Because of Linda I feel strong and confident that I will meet the challenges that come with growing older with grace and strength.

I have known Linda Alexander for over 20 years. I have been privileged to watch her grow and evolve her coaching to include everything from strength to cardio to nutrition as well as how to grow your own self esteem and self confidence. I have had several coaches over 35 years of exercise and weight control. There truly is none, to my personal knowledge, that even comes a close second to her wisdom and knowledge and willingness to evolve as a coach. When you are with her you are her best friend and, believe me, she is yours.

I love the feeling of having strength throughout the whole body that the Oxygen and Iron workouts provide. Recently I had a surgery in which I was told one of the most common complaints afterwards was feeling sore in certain parts of the body; however, I never experienced those side effects. I know it is a result of my time at Oxygen and Iron prior to this surgery. As we age, it is crucial to have full body strength. These workouts are completely tailored to your abilities and level so everyone can do them. Thanks, Linda and the crew, for your dedication to helping others!

I can't speak highly enough about the training talent of this gym. I have been participating in their daily at-home workout video routines and they are amazing. They are an extremely effective way of getting your heart rate up in an efficient amount of time. They are kicking my butt and I love it!

I joined Oxygen and Iron over two years ago because at my big box gym, I was just another contract, and I needed a more personal approach, and accountability, to ensure that I reached my fitness goals. After a major surgery, I spent the next year trying to work out and eat healthy foods, but I wasn't getting results. Linda and her team know me and my goals, as well as my physical limitations, and they ensure that each workout is optimized for my success and safety. Classes are small, which allows each member to get individual coaching. Joining the Oxygen and Iron family is the best decision I've made for my health.

I always love working out with Linda. Her sessions are dynamic, challenging, fun and provide a true full body workout. She also takes a holistic view to health and provides really great information through videos and social media that are very informative and helpful.
